Looks like Jelly beans 4.1.2 update is rolling out for Galaxy Note Indian users. However, doesn't look to be available via OTA as of now.

Looks like they might release it soon. This is what I get when I tried to update. This used to come for previous updates as well.

I'm kinda bored with Android now. Hopefully in terms of ruggedness too 720 would rival Defy.

Actually, I still think i could revive if i get a decent battery. My battery is dead and even the Mcgeysers method did not work after a few attempts..

The current issue is I get Pass with RSD lite but the phone does not boot up

Going by your recent posts, I suppose you want a handy(less than 4.3 inch screen) phone with Gorilla Glass

A couple of recommendations

-HTC 8S
-Xperia J (not much of an upgrade though)
-LG Optimus L7

Or if you are Ok with an older phone, even an S2 will do..

I had booked A116 on 18th Feb 2013 from snapdeal.com and the expected shipping date was 14th of this month. I got an email from Micromax and Snapdeal that the order has been delayed by 10 days.

Same here, one of my colleagues got the expected shipping date on 20th march.

He called snapdeal customer care yesterday and they replied the order is delayed by 10 days.

Your comment is slightly misleading.

Do you mean it in a positive way i.e there are VERY FEW phones that can match up to / beat the Defy? (I hope this is the case!)

Or you are hinting that there are some phones out there which can better the Defy? If the latter, I'll be interested to hear the names!
