The seating in third row of these three Toyotas is much better compared to Scorpio. I can't compare them with XUV 500 as I have not tested it.

Drive safe and wear the seat belt.
Absolutely true. Having driven and experiencing the fancy 3rd row of a 2012 pre-face lift Prado VXL 150 series, I was surprised to find the space on offer in the 3rd row of seats! I thought the electronically foldable 3rd row of seats will be a party trick to justify the ridiculously high 73 Lakhs price tag (the vehicle was apparently taken on loan), I was a bit apprehensive of the space on offer! Any healthy adult with a height of up to 5'10" can comfortably sit there for long hours! Toyota 3rd rows are unbeatable!

I saw a camouflaged Scorpio today in Electronic City at the toll booth of Elevated Express way this morning, looks similar in size to the current Scorpio, alloys were very splashy, it was having a MH-TC number plate.

Interior changes and facelifts cannot be considered as 'New Scorpio". Its the same good old scorpio with some updates.

From the outside it might appear so. Kinda like what TML did with the Storme. Exteriors are mostly the same with a few changes, it is practically a new product under the skin. There is some news of an engine upgrade, let's wait and watch.

Any pointer on what was the speed the vehicle in above video?
Though the vehicle looks almost identical to the current gen Scorpio I felt it looked planted on the road. For current generation Scorpio there is a visible sway once it nears to 100 KMPH.

One factor contributing to its stability could be that its fully loaded and another being that its going straight on a very good road.

The Scorpio when loaded was always a better handler than when unladen. I have personally felt this when driving up the Kumily ghats with 6 people in the vehicle.

Looks like theTPMS given a miss in the newer avatar!
Any pointers?

Also, When can we expect the launch and would the price would go up a few notches? Please reply if anybody has any idea. I am seriously considering buying one in the mid of this year

In the above video I dont see any changes to the rear though earlier spy shots the back was also camouflaged. One thing is for sure, they are coming up with a Evo like headlight unit or it could also be the XUV unit. And I think I saw a Xylo type front bumper

Thankfully the A/C vents and the instrument console looks a lot more classier and better finished than before.

Is this the A/T they jointly developed (or picked up) from Ssangyong?
