Happy with the features confirmed so far. We already know the other features as well - Memory Seat function, Auto hold, electronic parking, drive modes etc.. Only other confirmation (most important to me), that i am looking for is the AWD option.

Our 2011 VW Jetta has Perforated Seats, but no Ventilation, could the XUV7OO have similar thing ?

Yes, it's not officially confirmed.
However If you see all the videos closely, only front seats have perforation. The back seats are normal leatherette seats, which gives indication that Front seats are ventilated.

The rotary dial seems to control infotainment system and not traction/drive modes, as it has "home" button above the dial. Personally I prefer having multiple methods to control the infotainment system (something only luxury brands offer)
