is 915 a liquid or a solid wax? how easy it is to apply?

I tried using Collinite 845 during the weekend on the top of Meguiar's NXT 2.0 (done last weekend) on few panels the outcome was stunning.

On few panels I tried applying collite 845 without the NXT 2.0 topping and the result was not that great. Of course I had done the cleaning, claying etc before applying collinite.

In my opinion collinite is the best wax I have seen so far. You can see that it just wax dissolved in some liquid. Prior to trying collinite and NXT 2.0 I had used 3M wax and it was not that great when compared to NXT 2.0 or collinite 845. NXT 2.0 definitely gives more shine and lasts for 3 weeks in chennai. After 3 weeks the water streaking is not that Now that I have topped NXT 2.0 with collinite 845 will have to see how long the durability gets extended.

Friends I have been trying to find Collinite 915 wax here at Vashi, Navi Mumbai but to vain no one stocks it. Can any BHPian from Mumbai or Navi Mumbai recommend me place nearest from Vashi from where I could get myself Collinite 915 wax and tell me the cost of same. I also require a lint free cloth for polishing/waxing purpose I would glad if you all could recommend a place from where I can get a good quality one.

I have bought products from BBI and auto-mall and I feel the price are on the higher side from BBI.

I would recommend auto-mall instead, prompt service and right pricing.

BB IMPEX is currently 25% higher than Auto - Mall on 845s not sure what is the price on 915s.

Price as follows for :
Collinite 915 :1659.
Collinite 846: 1069.

Ordered for 915. Price all inclusive including shipping tax etc. with some freebies.

I'm contemplating on ordering a few car products from BB Impex so wanted some advice. How is Collinite 840 Pre wax, is it really helpful and has any BHPian used it? And how is Carrand gripper, is it really helpful in waxing the car?

Below is the list of products I'm intending of ordering from BB Impex.

5 pack yellow micro fiber Size 16 X 16 Inch

This question might sound stupid but still I'm asking. Whats the difference between waxing and polishing?
What I do normally first wash the car, make it dry, if necessary clay it and then apply Formula 1 Carnuaba wax liquid. Thats it. Is there anything I'm missing out. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Collinite 840 is not recommended by Collinite for Dark colored cars. It might be dangerous for paint color. As per collinite they are working on clear coat safe cleaners. And this should be used by detailer and they normally dont recommend to common customers to use it as cleaners.

You may check out the automall shop in Jeevan Bhima Nagar main road (10th main) above the corp-bank ATM.
Anyway i stay very close to that place and intend to visit it today or over the weekend to see whether they stock the products there itself. I will let you know.
