There are total of 4 bars. They are not drls but you may use them as drls if you wish to.
2 are flood beams and 2 have just 30 degree angle. Seller calls then spot.
I have side view picture which shows the spread and brightness.

This is the view that the on-coming driver/person gets. I was asking for the view from the driver seat.

What is the wattage rating of these bars? Could you share links to the site? Thanks

Please check my previous posts for the side angle picture as well, I've posted total of 3 pictures, and will post few more, which will show the view from inside of the car.

Yes, they indeed are 18 watt bars. 6 leds X 3 watts each in every bar.
And they are decently bright for their size and price.

@v_safari, its a much awaited upgrade I am looking for my Storme too.

Your Storme looks great.

But how did you manage the warranty part ?

Also did you procure the anti-theft holders for the lamps from the front grill ?

How you manage the lamps when they are not needed, say atleast for a two months?

Thanks again

Just felt like updating the thread here too.

After upgrading the bulbs on my Swift from 60/55W to 100/90W with necessary harness, the left side low beam fused.

Went and got a pair of Philips Rally (100/90W H4) for Rs 215 per bulb. Installed it myself at the accessory store.

Also checked the bulbs for authenticity and found them OEM as the packing has changed from the ones that I has earlier so was in doubt. Scanned the QR code and revealed that it is genuine.

New - Brown (Left) vs Old Packing (Right)

Hello,
The Hella 700ff are bolted on L shaped iron bracket, which are bolted to the chassis where horns were bolted. And no anti theft bolts.
I rely on my luck bro.
Led bars are bolted on an aluminium sheet, which is bolted on the bracket where fog lamp's grille was bolted.
I just removed the entire fog lamp assembly with the plastic grille.

No warranty problem in both upgrades.
I've used wire clippers so no wire cuts. Hellas have a seperate on/off switch and LEDs are handled by the original front fog light wiring.

One more thing its a TATA not a Skoda or VW.

Re: Auto Lighting thread : Post all queries about automobile lighting here

I came across something called a mini projector bi-xenon kit today at Galaxy Accessories Cochin. On searching the web I could find it only of aliexpress & alibaba. The chap there says it's something new and quite a rage in Malaysia.
Installation is hassle free.

Anyone has an idea about these?

That look pretty nifty, and looks to be a weight saving application of optics.
Everything seems to be in order. Presumably lighter as well, so wont shake when put in the reflector shield. And goes through an H4 hole.
Feedback score is also decent, though from another seller.

Hello team,
I wish to share my projector buying experience. I was in search for bi xenon projector setup for sx4. I didn't have much knowledge on projectors. So I checked many sellers online and also enquired with local accessories shops. I thought all projectors are same and it is just brand difference. So I went ahead with installation of AES projector kit from local shop. I was happy initially because the output was way better than stock. Within 2 weeks post instalation, left side projector got stuck in high beam. Since I was offered warranty, they opened up the projector and corrected it for free(some spring was stuck). All these days I was trying to gather information about all projectors on sale. I realised that our market is flooded with AES projectors which are actually grade 2 or even grade 3. All these projectors from AES which is available in local shops are Mini H1 types. The Retrofit Source is known for quality projectors. It is way better than local AES kits, but would cost a bomb. There are 2 morimoto/TRS official dealers in India based out in Mumbai and Delhi. TRS is not a manufacturing firm. They source projector from China, but good quality ones with their logo. Basically all projector kits are from China. Aes supplies grade 1 projectors to morimoto/TRS while cheaper grade 2 or grade 3 is flooded in our local market. Also there is all OEM kit available in TRS, which costs a bomb. I came across a firm called xenon planet based out in chandigarh. They source quality projectors directly from the parent chinese company and also sell them with VFM price. All products from xenon planet comes with warranty. Products can be purchased online from xenon planet website too. They have all types of projector kits like Mini H1,Mini super, Mini D2S,FXR V3 etc. I have seen pics of few setups done by them and output is insane. I am posting a link of website and I hope it would be helpful for fellow enthusiasts looking out for projector kits.

Re: Auto Lighting thread : Post all queries about automobile lighting here

Dear Fellow BHPians,
Received new set of bulbs for my ride today. Will be swapping the stock Phoenix H4 60/55W bulbs with the new Philips Essential Vision H4 100/90W white light.
