Fiat Cars in October Fest

The first day of the Kingfisher October Fest was a Fiatfull day
Some of the classic cars' did not turn up as it was a working day for the owners, to get the cars to the event. All the left out classics will participate today.

We all assembled in Airlines Hotel on Lavelle Road in the morning. At 12 after the media shoot, we proceeded to Bangalore Palace Grounds.

We displayed 12 of our Fiats, from classics to modded Padminis'. Hopefully it will be a better display today.

We all Wished that some the exotic Mumbai and Pune cars' too would be in the event. It would have definitely been a better show. We should jointly display our best Fiats for all to know what Fiats are..

Many people from young to old liked our cars especially the classic with suicide doors. The launch party of some of the new products of UB Group was lavish and we all had great time with the freebies.

The Force India car was on display. We all got the chance to sit in it!!

In today's event many more rock bands will be performing including KK!!

Hopefully we will have a nice Fiatfull day today too.

Thanks for sharing. Do check with the owner if he has the delivery note, key tag and other similar documentation for his car.

No other Period Documentation exist with the owner, this is a single family owned car, how ever lot of changes have occured over a period of time.

The good news (amol where are you) is that the pull starter still works . And the car has original Webber Carburetor along with Air Filter. Will Post detail pictures soon.

Thanks, do share photos of the whole car, also the ignition switch and keys, if original (likely if the pull starter system is still intact).

Fiat 1100 Club had a display going on today that would make any Fiat fanboy ecstatic! Check out the variety! Got a mean-looking pic of Sujith's beast, check it out. The 3 black Dukkars...they look like official mafia / gangster cars! Hope tomorrow's display includes President, Select and Super Select cars!
Guys, please tie some ropes around the display area...I had a few heart-stopping moments today when I was observing the visitors posing for photos beside the Fiats. Pics below:

Wow!! what an excellent time I had at the fest today. Just came home minutes ago. Undoubtedly, the best day of my life. I got to see the best of the 1100 cars, my best friends (long time college friends), some of the very best music by Raghu Dixit and KK and the best of the bewerages. All under one roof! I never even dreamt of anything like this before

Many many foreigners showed lot of interest in these cars and noticed every minute details of the cars and took pics, moreover, they were very gentle with the cars

I will never forget this day of my life. Thanks everyone from the Bangalore 1100 club for the participation and thanks Mumbai club for all the support we have received over the last few months.

More to come tomorrow! Its going to be another Fiatful day!

ULTIMATELY, there is ONE WINNER, the FIAT 1100 cars. Hats off!!!!!

My dad would have never Imagined his investment of 1 lakh rupees in 1991 to buy a Padmini would change his son's life completely after 18 years!!! So many new friends to die for.
Manish, hope the Home Minister is convinced now seeing so many Fiats.
So many good elderly persons who have become just too close friends like Mr. Sherief(Imperial) and MM Kinger(69 yrs) and Damodaran(86 yrs).

Undoubtedly the best Fiatfull days of my life. I had the keys of 15 Fiats in my bag for two days!! I had to convice people to leave their cars in the venue itself for the weekend. Thanks a lot for trusting me.

Mr. Sherief, special thanks to you for giving us so much gyan on Classic Cars.
