I dont mean to sound like I'm generalising but, having seen older vehicles in Vizag/coastal AP, I can say that this car sure is well-kept!
Has it been in his family from new?

My bad! Its a very well known slang in team-bhp for In Car Entertainment. Bhaskars car has woofers, amps and what not. Refer to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/In_car_entertainment

Thats some serious ICE setup. Do ask him about the various components he installed in his car. Seems like he's a big music nut. So finally someone exceeded the EARTHQUAKE setup.

Earthquake is legendary! 90k ICE in and around 1992 is no joke

My friend who gave me the EarthQuake has a Zen which has ICE worth 3-5 lakhs

FCCH Next Meet / Rally

FCCH is starting to prepare for the next meet/Rally on the patriotic day of 15th August to commemorate and celebrate 63rd Independance Day.
This day also coincides with the Deccan Heritage Vintage Automobile Rally at Lumbini Park, where FCCH will be participating too.
The plan is to assemble at the Necklace Road Railway station at 9.00am and spend some time meeting members and flag hoisting.
We leave to participate in the DHAA Rally by 10.30am and integrate into the City Rally to celebrate the patriotic day.
The cars that will participate in the DHAA Rally will be of Pre-1970 era only, but the earlier FCCH meet at Necklace Road will have all the Fiat 1100s and Premier Padminis too.
This time our count should reach double digit at any cost. The cars that will participate are :
1.1956 Fiat 1100 Elegant - Suren
2.1956 Fiat 1100 Elegant - Shiva
3.1957 Fiat 600 - Sonu Singh
4.1960 Fiat 1100 Select - Siraj Attari
5.1961-Fiat 1100 Select - Irtiaz Khan
6.1963-Fiat 1100 Super Select - Hillram
7.1964 Fiat 1100 Delight - Balaji
8.1969 Fiat 1100 Delight - Hillram
9.1990 Premier Padmini - Narendra Kale

I will be reaching out to other members who showed interest at HIAS 2010 and Im sure they will come forward too.
Cheers to Fiattitude.

Ram garu,
Nice to see your post on team-bhp reagrding our rally. I'l definately participate at Necklace road. I'l park my car nearby and join the DHAA rally in sitting one of the FCCH cars.
Also please try hard for the new aspirants those who have given details about old classic FIATs/Padminis during HIAS 2010. please send them mail, SMS, postcards in advance and if required speak to them personally.
One more good news. Mehul from kangeyam is in city on 14-15th Aug for attending some personal familiy function. I have invited him for our meet/rally . if possible he'l also attend. As a FCCH leader you plz send him scrap or message.
Bye
Narendra

Apart from this,we would not like to discuss any further details on this thread as we are a registered organsiation and legally bound to maintain privacy.
Hope you understand.
I wonder which law prohibits sharing of information that too in this day and age when the RTI Act is a reality. IIRC the Memorandum and Articles of a society are open to scrutiny by the public if the society is registered and these documents would necessarily disclose the criteria for membership.

Privacy issues arise if the identity or contact details of members are being sought, not the membership criteria (unless the entry fees is so high that it attracts the attentions of the tax man ).

I thought any any Classic Fiat/Padmini owner in Hyderabad is by default a member of FCCH as it happens in FCB.
Sujith had initially suggested the Automatic formula, where all Fiat owners and enthusiasts on earth are AUTOMATICALLY members of FCB. We implemented it and it is highly successful(based on member's feedback)!! Kudos to simple thinking of Namma Sujith.
That is how it should be. Hats off to Sujith for the idea and FCB for implementing it. Broad based associations are a boon to the true enthusiasts whatever the attractions of exclusivity might be.
