I am not entirely convinced if this is the right place for this but just couldn't resist sharing.

The couple from Ohio who had sixtuplets.

Now that is one heck of a sight

Oh Man what a video. Really touching!!

Infact I went to my daughters school a few days back to surprise her and just to see how the kids do in school. (She is in LKG)

But I was not allowed with a strict "parents not allowed in class rooms" Guess I should have been in the Army posted in Siachen or somewhere!!!!

Does anyone have any shopping experience with Baby Products or Babyoye: Buy Baby Care Products, Diapers, Gifts, Toys Online in India Both offer cash-on-delivery. We were looking for some baby stuff online and would like to know if these guys are reliable.

Re: Parenthood: Sharing the joy, precious moments, learnings and experiences

Both are good enough though our experience with First cry is better than babyoye....
We regularly order diapers and creams/ oil (mothercare) from firstcry
Diapers are generally delivered by next day itself

Thank you both! Initially I was a bit nervous about being a dad. Now loving it to the core. It is indeed a life changing experience.

My Hero as I call my son is 22 months old and oh boy he loves being outside. Love seeing him play and ask questions with gestures and sometime in his own small words. Any where if there is good thumping music he is ready to dance to that tune.

Re: Parenthood: Sharing the joy, precious moments, learnings and experiences

Dear Friends,

Am not sure if this is the right place to post this query. But am posting it on my friends behalf.

I need details on "The School" from Krishnamurthy Foundation India at Chennai. Tried their website but its not getting opened.

Can somebody throw some light on it regarding admissions fee structure etc.

Thanks in advance

Barath

11.11.11 a joyous day for the family

Wish to inform you that with the Grace of God & Blessings I am a proud father of a Baby Girl (My Cute Angel).

Born on 11.11.11 at 4.27 am. The delivery was unexpected as initial date given by the Dr. was 27.11.11. It was a normal delivery though.

All the yesterday's news papers were full of 11.11.11 hype, but seriously i never thought of such thing.

Re: Parenthood: Sharing the joy, precious moments, learnings and experiences

Guys I became father to a baby girl last month.
Yesterday she completed one month.

She is very cute and sweet. Daddy's girl.

She spent her first month in Hyderabad where my in laws are based.
Day before yesterday I got her here to Bangalore.

The little one is sleeping on and on. She is not as active as she used to be in Hyderabad. I have put a room heater in the room to make the room warm. But still the same.

Is is natural? Do babies take some time to adjust? Or is it the altitude?

I am planning to take her to doctor. And I am scared of horror stories at Manipal and Apollo.

I would be very very grateful if you guys can point me to some good doctors with whom you had first hand experience. We have to finalize a doctor for vaccinations etc. Distance no bar. Will go any length for my baby. Right now I am in HSR layout.

Money too is not a concern. But I am scared of Doctors prescribing useless medications and tests just for the sake of making money. I don't want my Baby to be treated like a Piggy Bank.

One more question:
Do you guys have any numbers/contacts of the ladies who give massage to babies?
This little one was getting nice massage twice a day at my mother in law place.
My wife does give her some massage but it is nowhere near the standards of massage with the lady in Hyderabad used to give. She had 20+ years of experience in that!!!
