Use this route under duress if the traffic at Crossing starts building up too much when coming from Mehndipatnam side

Take the last left before the crossing towards Maulana azad University
Take right after 200 meters into into L&T serene county telling the guard you want to go to Marketing office.
Exit part-1 of serene county and go underneath the ORR
Take right to a Kuchcha road (dirt track) parallel to the ORR before entering part-II of Serene county.
This road will come out eventually after Gachibowli crossing in the market area before the banks on the way to Gachibowli stadium

Precaution - Use Bikes or a vehicle with High ground clearance.

I make use of this to the fullest as I live in the complex.

What's the latest update on Durgam Cheruvu Road? Has it finally become plaible?

Its been pliable for quite a long time now.

Btw: Lots of cops these days. Stop, Enter vehicle details in a hand held device.
Let you pass if no records found or detail you for what I assume is fine collection.

LOL. I am missing driving on this road after shifting to Nizampet!

Wondering when the ROB at Hitec City Station near Malaysian Township will be finished! The traffic jams in the evenings have become horrible!
I have stopped taking this road after it took 1 hour to cross 4 KMs and I am now using the Kothaguda-Kondapur-Miyapur route to reach Nizampet!

Banjara Hills Road Number 12 Junction with Rd #1 may experience some nasty jams today.

The road divider is being shifted and a couple of cranes have been pressed into service.

The guy in the crane being moved around was not wearing a helmet. Stupid idiots.
Not the guy driving/ controlling it, but the one in the bucket who connects cables and stuff.

Is it that only the divider's are being shifted or are there any plans for a flyover construction ??( I know it's farfetched but atleast govt should come up with some ideas to eliminate the long waiting at the signal).

I dont think they will ever be able to fit in a flyover.
The junction has 3 BIG problems.

The Temple.
The Bus Stands on both the Rd 1 and Rd 12 sides.
The share auto's.

But the biggest let down is useless Traffic Police.
I have seen these idiots stand inside Road 12 stopping motorcycles for helmet less riding and PUC instead of manning the junction.

Try going from the other side of the airport i.e. Balanagar, Bowenpally etc. to Secunderabad.

@ Mobike & BBlost: "Pliable" means bendable. Now I am truly fascinated by the DC road that seems to be made using rubber or such other material which makes it flex.

LOL, could not resist that thanks to my frequent visits to the Yetiguide to English.

Cheers,

I haven't read through the 31 other pages, but anybody who could suggest an alternate route from Tarnaka to Durgam Cheruvu will receive a free ride in my yet-to-arrive BEAT. As of now, I take the Begumpet route and it's a pain. Major bottlenecks at Mettuguda ROB, Shopper's stop(Allauddin building), TV9 office and Jubilee Checkpost (the least painful of all)

^^ Both those routes are avoidable during peak hours!

Only possible solution is to DREAM! (get a flying car! ) LOL!
Or shift closer to your office!

P.S: Saturday night responses are always useless!
