Could you click a snap of the BCM unit and share it in this thread? I've mentioned the location in the DIY thread.

Re: VCDS (Vag-Com Diagnostic System) for VW & Skoda - Discussion Thread

Need Help with PLA 2.0 Coding for my jetta, Have installed everything according to this http://forums.vwvortex.com/showthrea...t-8-Sensor-OPS

And as expected after the install, All the lights on the instrument cluster lit up, Basically i need to code the ABS module,

I am getting the fault codes saying "RPM errors" in the ABS module, Since i have not coded it properly for it to work well with the new ABS sensors,

Anyone has any info on this would be really helpful !

Can you post the Autoscan data, so that we will try to find out the reason?

Did you replace Gateway? If so, did you entirely re-code it or just copy/paste long-code of the previous Gateway?

Also, let us know if you have changed any any thing else apart from the rear wheel speed sensors.

Will post the autoscan in a few hours,

Yes replaced the can gateway before doing anything else, Copy pasted the code, Selected everything from the installation list, Activated fatigue via adaptions and all worked well, Got the driver alert under assitance, and No fault code during the autoscan.

Have changed the rear ABS sensors with the new one i got with the PLA 2.0 kit, and have swapped the park assist module ( Which was earlier 8K one) with the new Parklife PLA one. Have installed 2 sensors at the front and 2 rear as needed and have wired everything too. Installed the new Parking switch as well.

Will just upload the scan by 5pm or so.

New Gateway will have additional features. Copy / pasting long code will not help, but get us in to problems. Please check this and revert.

Was at AVS tuning today, And tried the following with the Original ross tech cable, But unfortunately did not work with my Jetta 2014, The system accepted the new coding, Both 95 and 99, But none of them worked to autofold the mirrors,

Also its seems, TPMS for some reason isn't possible in my Jetta, I really wonder why!

Anyone has any experience dealing with the below fault code?
03444 - Ignition Starter Switch - Implausible Signal - Intermittent

Don't have any other further information on the fault as I'm not using the Ross tech software.

Planning to get a VCDS cable for my Skoda Superb 3T (2012) 1.8 TSI 6MT. So what's the best current source and model to get it at the best price?

A few weeks back I got version 15.7 which is the latest. It works great, and compared to the earlier version 12.0 I had, this version has opened up many more modules in my Jetta. I got it for $27 (it now sells for $25).

Regarding reliable source: At the time I placed the order, there was only one seller with 15.7 and only 9 orders had been placed. I took a risk and placed the order. Now I don't see that seller on AliExpress (When I click the link from my order history I get a "404 Page Not Found" error)!! But there are many new listings for 15.7 with no orders yet. Another surprise is that even 12.12 which is the mostly used one has all fresh listings with 0 orders. I would say take the risk and go for the 15.7.

This one looks interesting - http://www.aliexpress.com/item/VAG-C...rchweb201560_1
The seller also promptly replied to my message within 5 minutes that it was compatible with my model and has software included.

Should I bite the bullet? lolz
