A lot has been said about UD, and I have another happy experience to add. I have a new i20 barely a month old. The mistake I did was to give it for first service and forgot to tell them not to touch it. I go back to collect the car and I see the boys standing next to it with a kitchen cloth. My heart sank, and looking at the bonnet my worst fears were confirmed.

A black car is a blessing and a curse. Well now I knew I had to visit UD. But finance minister does not understand why I need to detail a brand new car.

My point is every car need paint protection and car from Day 1. The people at the showrooms have tried their best to mess up the paint before you have a chance to protect it. All the hogwash about teflon etc has had a negative effect on your car. If you have other point please feel free to add.

Well I fixed up my appointment, and infact advanced it a week. Mohsin was kind enough to accomodate me on a Sunday morning.

What i liked about UD:
1. Simple and straight forward approach to detailing
2. Quality over quantity - These guys do it themselves instead of taking it large scale.
3. Painstaking attention to detail - Detailing is all about this. UD is all about this.
4. Quality of products- UD uses the best products I have seen so far.
5. Custom solutions for your problems.

I see them as someone who has taken their passion to the next level and its evident in the way they work. Overall, I am a customer for life, and highly recommended.

I checked your thread but dont see any new pictures added .

Anyways, few days back in our office car park someone kept their leaflet on my car, will post the picture of the same.

The leaflet start with something like this " IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR YOU WILL NOT THROW THIS " , and i must say that made me read the leaflet and check what it was that all about .

I was already aware of them but im sure people who might not have heard about them, will surely be tempted ..

Got my car detailed from UD in the first week of January. The results are out of the world.

The car had been spoilt by months of hard scrubbing by the over-enthusiastic cleaner. Since this was my first car with a dark color, I was not prepared to see such abuse. Had to mend the cleaner's ways and mine soon before the damage went beyond repair. Mohsin and Nirmal did a fantastic job! Meticulously working for about five hours on the 4 step treatment, they transformed the car back to its delivery date form.

Totally recommended !!

I did not know this thread existed

Well, This is the First time i took Nirmal's help in getting one of my restorations deailed.

The car was freshly painted and i wanted it to look its best.

Nirmal and team did just what i wanted.

Results are here for everyone to see..

I would certainly recommend them, Yes i would love to let them work their magic on my other restorations too from now on..
