iOS 7!
Looks like there is quite a lag in it! Even the iPhone 5 has some lags when its on iOS7!
Only the upcoming 5S will run smoothly because of the processor.
It was so unfair of Apple to ignore the users of older devices! My iPod 4G did not get the iOS 7 update!

Updated my 4S left it on overnight was done when I woke up. Seems fairly nice, the control center feels like something borrowed from an android. Noticing increased battery drain maybe due to dynamic wallpapers. Have to relearn how to close apps by double pressing home button and moving the cards upwards

This is strange, iam experience totally opposite of this, have you updated Facebook app, they have completely resigned it.

I'am not facing any sort of lag or app crash.

Here are some tips for saving battery life with iOS7. These include - disabling background app refresh (even selectively), disable GPS loc tracking on certain apps and iAds, kill AirDrop, BT & WiFi thru' Control Centre, besides reducing 3D parallax wallpaper effect as you noted above.

A piece of good news is the iOS YouTube app will soon allow offline viewing, albeit for 48 hours and ad-supported. But at least now kids can do re-runs of their favourite car smashes without serious damage to home broadband.

Try to deactivate background app refreshing under Settings>General. And download battery doctor app for further tips on battery power saving. You can close 3 background app simultaneously using 3 fingers

I tried this on iPad mini but couldn't find any such glitch as mentioned in the website. Not sure if it works differently on the 5S.

Same here. I just updated my dad's iPad mini. No issues. But of course the earlier UI seemed better.

Yes, I do feel that it's a bit off aesthetically, but otherwise the updates are really cool. Even Siri works nicely now

Re: The iPhone Thread

The response seems a little more smoother post upgrade ( not that it wasn't the case before, mine is Iphone 5). Also I like the lean and clean UI compared to the 3D design earlier.

Anyone facing battery issues with the new iOS 7. I'm running ios7 on an iPhone 5 and am definitely noticing lower battery life. Maybe it's because I'm playing too much with the phone trying to discover new features .

Anyone with similar feedback on battery life around?

No such issues on my phone.

One thing I don't like with IOS7 is that the contact's picture doesn't show during a call like it used to earlier. When I dial the number, the picture is blurred as soon as dialling starts and when I get a call, the picture get's blurred the moment I take the call.

Also, played real racing so far and it works as well as it used to on IOS 6.

Swipe delete not working and editing from within a SMS conversation is cumbersome now. Battery backup has gone down slightly , may be due to the usage and the whiter backgrounds. I don't subscribe to the battery saving tips as I believe that a smartphone is for all those activities which are supposed to be turned off per those tips. Manufacturers need to find better ways of having efficient batteries put into devices. Not very happy or sad but mixed feelings. I never had mixed feelings for my "i" devices in the past 3 years, it was always positive earlier.
