Naah Mayank ... not on Exchange i have my 6630 as well. and i got it for 21.5K from a Noida dealer.

Btw N73 (normal) can be easily flashed at home to a N73-1 (music edition), if you wanna know how pm me. Another thing my fone has a firmware version : 3.0638.0.0.30 dated 30-10-2006. And its lil buggy... There is a Newer Firmware out and i will be upgrading to that tonite.

I found the Screen to be superb also the audio quality is very very good. 3D ringtones is nice too. Best thing bout the fone is the camera. The fone has 2 speakers so even the loudspeaker is stereo.

Nokia provides a firmware update thru the net. Is that the way ur talking about?

Guys,

Any feedbacks on the Nokia 6233 apart from being based on the s40 platform, the phone is great and presents the best features among all the competing handsets of the same price with Bluetooth, Infrared, 3G, Mp3 player with equilizers, FM Radio, Expandable memory, 2 megapix camera, GPRS, EDGE, HSCSD, QVGA (320X240) screen resolution, 15fps VGA resolution video recording.
Any feedback guys.... i have almost finalized this phone for my sis.

The version 3.0638.0.0.31 dated 12-2006 is out now. Got lots of new stuff and a new theme. Playback quality n all is the same.

when i connected my phone it said no need to upgrade at all. this all stuff is also regional dependent.

Wait for the Nokia 6300. Its got all that 6233 has and more and its slim.

Nope the 6233 is not as good in my opinion. It looks like the ancient sony ericsson T610.

Secondly it has no infra red. And thirdly no stereo speakers.

Just for the 16M display compared to the 256K, I wouldn't want to sacrifice so many features.

Even the battery life is poorer.

The 6233 is much better than the 6300.
