Bought an set of Disc brake pad set for Lancer of 'Rane' brand for Rs.705.

I bought an taiwan make(as the box suggested) last time, but it gave noise while braking and worn out even before 7k kms, and after removing the pads i noticed one pad is gone, other three had cracks in the pad.

The fortuner right mirror ORVM just the glass part without casing etc coated 1450Rs from the dealership. Mine broke, took a week to order

All, I am asked to replace my 2005 model NHC's lower arm as the bush got cut. I have replace at both left and right. Can any one tell me how much is the spare parts costs?

After enquiring few service centers, this is what I got
1. Fast Cars (BG Rd, Bangalore) : Option a. Taiwan imported 2200+Labour(600). Option b. Original parts: ~12K. They are suggesting me to go to Honda Dealer

2. Magnum Honda : 16K (spare+Labour)
3. Whitefield Honda : 9980 (spare+Labour)
4. Dakshin Honda : 8100 (spare+Labour)

I am curious to know the actual spare parts cost.

Rajesh,
Magnum could have given you a quote for the whole suspension replacement including front struts.

Don't go with the ones from Taiwan from fast cars. I had them on my esteem and they didn't last too long.
The actual cost should be about 3000-3500 or so.
You could ask Dakshin honda to give you a breakup of the cost.

Hi guys

I would like to know the parts price of the new Skoda Laura 2.0 Tdi.
To make it easy I have made an excel sheet containing all the details for service,accidental and mechanical parts. Can someone kindly fill the cost column as it would be of great help to fellow users.

I have also attached a parts price list for Chevrolet Spark.Hope it may come in hand to someone on the forum.

Hi Captain, You are right..!!!

Here is the break-up
LOWER ARM COMP,R, FR --> 51350-SAE-T01 --> 3,266.70 + 13.5% Tax + 750 (Labor). So total for both R &L, 8165.5 including Labor.

I have also replaced the gearbox bedding as it got some cracks. It costs me 3176.41+250 (Labor)

Hey, sorry for the delayed response. Just now saw this post.

My information is not wrong. I paid the above as part of repair. Amounts and parts name have been quoted from the bill. Repair was done at KTC Hyundai, Kannur, Kerala. I ended up with a damaged clutch after my adventure in a drive-in beach (Muzhappilangad).

. Thankfully, this happened after i returned to Bangalore, else i would be rendered immobile in Kerala.
