My magic mileage figures are down from 15+ to about 13.2-13.5kmpl.

This is basically because a driver now drives, and the driving is in total rush hour, bumper-to-bumper traffic.

21.3 kmpl in city??

Which city is it? Got no traffic and only straight roads?

Even Ford advertises 22kmpl as Highway figure.. (correct me if i am wrong).

But if it is actualy 21.3kmpl in city, then i am game for it. Going to sell my car tommorow to exchange a Fiesta TDCi.

21.3 ?

ACI folks could achieve only 13.8 KMPL in city with AC. How could you manage 21.3 (and that too in the run-in period I guess) ?

By the way, whats your calculation ? Are you measuring from full tank to full tank ?

its no big deal in chd. You have long staights with 65kmph strictly enforced speed limit.
In noida which is thrice as much crowded as chd, I manage 16kmpl on my 2002 indica.

Ya,

Its a no big deal in chandigarh. The first tank of 1500 Rs hi speed diesel gave a remarkable 997 KM. If we calculate it the FE becomes around 22.

So this is no Joke.

LOL
