Petrol (ltrs): 1212.07
FE: 10.44
Petrol cost: Rs. 52300

Could see a 5-10% increase in FE in the winters.
Awesome numbers for a Corolla auto! What are the city Vs Highway percentages?

These are not awesome but OK figures. FE is quite sensitive to AC (I use auto AC at 27C) and traffic. When I go to office, I travel 70 kms daily for a travel time that varies wildly from 130 mins to 190 mins on some days (variability coming from traveling on Delhi-Gurgaon). The variance in FE is then 11-11.5 (130-140 mins) to 9.5 (190 mins). The highest weekly FE I have reached is 12.2 (388 kms). The lowest was 9.1 (373 kms). Never have taken it out of Delhi, do not over-rev, and do not accelerate superfast. But after 8 months, I have more or less come to expect the summer range in Delhi which is 9.5-11.

I am expecting 5-10% improvement in FE in winters. If the Gurgaon expressway is completed, then another 5-10% improvement. So my average of 10.4 so far could jump to around 11.5.

I had also posted somewhere (and so have many other members) the FE and rpm relationship which proves that 50-100 kmph gives the best FEs.
