the Shell near Shantinagar, Bangalore says they don't have the cars anymore..

I filled up 20ltrs of unleaded shell petrol in Chrompet outlet and got 1ltr water bottle free

I asked him for the ferrari model and he said offer will come to chennai next month only.Not sure if its true.
I asked him to fill my car for 1000rs and he said if i fill 20ltrs,i will be getting a water bottle free..so went for the 20ltrs option.
My mom and wife had a rollicking time making fun of me

Atlease Shell give water in seperate bottle. Some our desi outlets mix it with fuel and give :-)))))). I have already collected 3 cars, will collect the fourth tomorrow or day after.

Offer for the cars is over, mallya road and old madras road, both said it got over on the 18th itself. Only for pending customers- who did not collect earlier, are being given. A lot of people queued up and were haggling yesterday at OMR, the guy just refused to give anyone.
I am missing just one model :( , if anyone knows where they are available, can give it a shot there.

I hope they give it here in Chennai too. I got just the yellow cloth a couple of times, and when I filled for Rs 1200 two days back, not even that! I have earlier purchased a couple of the cars @ Rs 100 each for my son, and would rather not call them scale models. They are just toys, though somewhat good looking ones.

The Shell on Varthur rd (Go straight from Kundanahalli Gate, about 2-3km) still has quite some models left. I filled fuel day before and a colleague yesterday, both of us got the model we wanted. And the guys there agree the offer is till 24th.

So, you can give that a shot!

Same here. I expected atleast the yellow cloth (filled at the Pallikaranai bunk), but they said no offers. I walked in to the cashier and asked him to give me something

. He finally gave me a Shell sticker for my petrol lid.

The offer is still valid at the Shell near Forum Value mall near Whitefield. Just got my 3rd car yesterday. Will be visiting them again tomorrow to get another one hopefully.

The price of normal unleaded shell petrol in Hyderabad as of 21-Oct-2010 is Rs. 61.95/-. Even after filling for Rs.2000/-, they did not give any freebies, instead asked me whether I'm interested in buying ferrari model cars priced at Rs.100/- approx. They were on display on the pump.

Had to present my friend's kid with 1st car - SUPER AMERICA.
Now only 5 cars are left with me

The offer seems to be officially over now. I visited the Shell station near Whitefield on Saturday ( 23rd) and they said the offer had closed. Got only 3 cars.

I got my F2005 from Sankey tank outlet on saturday, they said 24-Oct is the last day for the offer. But on sunday my friend filled from the same outlet and he did not get the car.

Yesterday I was at shell Sadashivanagar. They told me the offer was officially over.
