Bad luck, you got the handle damaged..

Did you confirm reciept of the product and sent feedback to ebay?
if not, prior to doing same, please write to jopasu informing about the damage (if possible attach a photograph of the damage) and ask for
his response. (you supposed to recieve a product without any
damage).

Confirmed it immediately in the excitement of getting it in just 3 days,too late to do any thing now i guess .
This also happens to be my first transaction on ebay.

When my friend went to Jopasu shop in Pune he was told that if there is any damage, the courier need not be accepted and can be returned. Jopasu assured that they will ensure a fresh delivery.

See if you can put some straight wooden/iron sticks over the broken part and then wrap the same with those thin steel wires avlbl at any hardware shops..Alternatively, since the handle is plastic, it may be possible to join the broken area by heating & melting.

Jopasu should try designing the handle in such a way so that it can be removed and fixed..some kind of push lock mechanism, to make it easier for shipment.

Still, you may send a email to jopasu (mention that you are tbhp member and came to know about this product through tbhp - he is well aware of the tbhp forum.) explaining him the handle damage and show your unhappiness since you got a damaged product. And then see what reaction you get from him.

Thanks for the advice.

Rendered the First AID - bought few wheel spokes and bandaged it thoroughly with an extra over grip of the tennis Racquet (which was lying at home) - final result strong handle with an extra soft cushion for better handling.

Got the Duster from DTDC, Nice Hard box packed, received in good condition.

Read the reviews got the duster 4 days after ordering. Have not used it yet ,hope its as good as it says on their ebay page

I have Placed the order for Duster and magic wipe yesterday in ebay. Now the wait starts.

It looks like Jopasu getting good number of customers from TBHP forum members!
And now he has changed the courier, all are likely to get faster delivery.
Except the duster with damaged handle(probably it might be happening in transit?) recieved by couple of members , the products are very good and
useful.

Current courier company is DTDC. I ordered it on 22nd Feb and still waiting.

I had ordered it on 20th Feb and got the delivery by 26th Feb. The handle was not broken.
