Any idea whether california car duster is available in India?distriubtor?I'd like to buy One if it is available in India.

Today received sms from - eBay seller jopasu car care shipped "Jopasu Gift pack" by DTDC courier with AWB no.... on 8th March and will be delivered by 18th March.

That is a standard sms they send to all buyers. You'll probably get in within the next 3 days. I've ordered 4 packs so far (for different people) and each time ebay sends me another discount voucher

I ordered mine on 5th (thru ebay). Got an sms with the courier details yesterday. When I reached home, the package was already there. It was packed quite well. Looks good, have yet to test it.

Got a call one hour back from the courier boy, informed there's parcel from Pune.
Got confirmation from home that the parcel is delivered and is in good condition

I have purchased jopasu combo pack from ebay recently and received my duster with broken handle

Jopasu requested me to send a picture of the broken duster. After sending the picture, no reply from him. Hoping for a new one.

Will start cleaning from tomorrow onwards.
The handle seems to be feeble. I think we need to use it carefully.

I think Jopasu needs to improve on the packaging quality. Lots of buyers receiving dusters with broken handles.

Thermocol packaging should help, in my opinion.

Someone in the forum has posted that Jopasu is going to have a stall in the upcoming Bangalore International Auto Expo (11-15 Mar 2010) with their product range. For Bangaloreans who are planning to buy, probably it is better to pick up the duster from here. We can at least ensure that the handle does not break on transit.

i ordered a gift pack(small) on 4 march and received it today.the contends were intact and initial usage gave awesome results.
i do have to mention that the packing specially at handle end of duster could be done a little more carefully.
the below pics show how easily the handle could be broken.as suggested thermocol would be a good solution
pics taken just as the DTDC service handed me the parcel.

When I park my car at our Office under the trees, a sticky substance in the form of small dots is spread accross the car. Unless we wash it can't be cleaned. Don't think should use the duster to clean such surfaces.

surely, it might have happened in transit.
There seems no support for the handle in the packing and it tend to damage if the package get pushed by other heavy packages.
Keep writing to jopasu and ask for replacement.
