Good news Jopasu sent me new duster for the broken one and received the duster in good condition. He should improve the packing by adding thermocol or sponge like material. Also I have received a Magic wipe cloth for free for the missing car shampoo gift item for the previous purchase. He insisted that DTDC courier will not allow liquid item. So he sent me a magic wipe cloth. Jopasu handled the issue professionally.

That is great news.
So, what happened to the broken duster? Did you have to sent it back to Jopasu?

I think jopasu really changed their attitude especially to the tbhp members as they are aware that more and more members are buying the products.
And the quick action may be the result of jopasu boss going through the postings in this forum

Broken duster - I dont think jopasu will be asking same to be return?
This can be used for body cleaning (without handle it may not be 100pct convenient but still can use it somehow?).

He just asked the photographs of the broken duster and courier packing. So I haven't sent it back to Jopasu.

The duster handle is broken at the end and it is so difficult to use. I will try to fix the handle with adhesives.

I had been to Auto expo today and bought all the products

Duster 475Rs -> Mini Duster free
Magic Glove 250Rs -> Magic wipe free.

Got the Duster and Magic Glove from Jopasu at the stall at Bangalore show.

Came back home and tested it on my 7 day old, dust gathering black Alto. There were also spots caused by water splashed by the maid when cleaning. Took all of 10 minutes and the vehicle was all cleaned up.

Very surprised with the results! Will save a lot of effort in washing and keep the little guy clean.

Am happy that I got this one!

Tomorrow, will be trying out on the Safari, which (due to its on-road parking) has some stronger dust coating to it.

Regardless, what it did to the Alto make it all worth!
