Combination pack will have something free (gift)offer from the company.
When I bought the pack of and 4 items (Duster, mini Duster, Magic Wipe and Magic glove), I got jopasu car wash (shampoo) free.

I have done many transactions with ebay and so far no problem in authorising payment by credit card.!

If it helps?

I have purchased following products for my car:

from jopasu:
1-Car Duster (for external use - very very useful)
2-mini Duster ( for internal use)
3-Magic Wipe (microfibre cloth which wipes very nicely)
4-Magic Glove (a glove made in microfibre cloth which is good for
dashborad/console cleaning -wet or dry basis)
5-Car Wash (shampoo) - car shine well after washing with this shampoo.
(this item is a free offer from jopasu when you buy the combination
pack of above 4 items)

From other sellers:

1-Digital Tyre gauge (solar+battery powered)
very good to read the tyre air pressure at home

2-Turbo 300psi Air compressor (witih built in pressure gauge)
good for emergencies and also can use it at home.

Both above devices working fine.

can the 'magic wipe' be used for wiping glass screen or just the metal parts?

Magic wipe is nothing but a microfibre cloth..it can be used for dry wiping any non-greasy surface and wet wiping for slight-greasy surface as well (but not the engine/bonnet area).

The magic glove is again the same microfibre cloth but in a glove shape which can be worn in the palm..very usefull for cleaning the glasses from inside since more pressure can be applied to corner/curved areas.

All microfibre clothes should be generally washed in warm soap water solution and dried in shade. Care should be taken to ensure that rough surfaces are cleaned using this, otherwise the fibres on the cloth will tend to get disfigured. As such, it will start losing the dust "suction/trapping" feature.

It says wash it in cold water with a detergent .

Regarding usage, shake it well after and before use , and don't use it on wet surfaces.

Yes, it can be used for wiping glass etc (its like a cloth only but more effective in wiping than normal cloth)

Thats what the company claims.
I have not tried with a flat tyres. But when I last checked, all the tyres of my car were showing a pressure of 24/25psi and from there I filled up air upto 31.5psi. But it is not fast as you fill up at the petrol pump air compressors. just to fill up 6.5psi air, it took almost 2/3 minutes continuous working.

Also this pump can be used for filling air for cycle tyres, rubber rafts, Balls(football, vollyeball etc). extra nozzle adapters and sports needles were provided alongwith the compressor.
