Can someone confirm whether the windshield washer fluid is blue in colour? I know some of the companies dye the liquid blue, green etc. Just want to make sure that's the case here as well.

Oh, First time hearing about this .But it's always good if the fluid is transparent to clean windshield during the drive right ?

The windshield is cleaned alright. But the bonnet gets some blue marks on it, which goes away with a dry wipe.

Not sure about the waiting time and all for the ROXX, however a friend got delivery of his ROXX in 5 days, knowing the dealer definitely helps and I am looking forward to the drive today. It was a decision between Jimmy and ROXX , I was alluding to the Jimmy as it was more practical and his usage would be primarily within the city, however it was a heart over mind decision and he got the ROXX and is super excited about the same

Is there anyone who still hasn't received an update from Mahindra on the timeline? I don't get what latest by the 25th means to them

Called the customer care helpline recently and their response was "We don't know", while there has been no response from the email address.

Booked on the 3rd of October at 11:02AM (got delayed because the portal did not accept HDFC netbanking) - AX7L D AT 4x4.

I would suggest reaching Mahindra support on X.com with your booking reference id that was generated when the payment succeeded on 3rd October. I saved all transaction id, booking reference snapshot from booking.mahindra.com portal on booking day as well as snapshots when bookings were transferred to auto.mahindra.com portal.
Keep pushing Mahindra support to identify where the booking went.

Which dealer did you select for booking in Hyderabad?
I have a booking with Neon Motors. The sales staff in Neon is just pathetic and do not bother to call back the customer when I call them 3 times.

Within 5 days of what? When did he booked and which variant, colour selected? There are ample mid variants available with some dealers as I am aware but problem is with top end variants only and it's ETD is absolutely longest and matter how fast he was when it's opened officially.

Ok, let me share my experience. I still haven't received any proper update from Mahindra despite all the chasing. By that, I mean calling up their customer care, sending emails to booking support and customer care, chasing the dealer, tweeting on X, commenting on Insta etc etc. I even went to the extent of writing to their VP and the chairman's office email ID I found on X.

After 7 plus days of constant follow up, it appears that Mahindra has put the ball in the dealer's court with their customer care team looping in the GM sales of the dealer and copying in the Area Sales Manager from Mahindra. The Area Sales Manager hasn't bothered to intervene at all, so, I am not sure how much looping him will help.

Anyways, the last email from Mahindra says that the issue has been escalated to the dealer and that they will help resolve the issue. I have no clue what that is supposed to mean, unless the car was already allotted, but the dealer just get mum, for reasons we can guess. The dealer said they will call me tomorrow, so let us see if something good will come out of it, or will it be the usual blame game drama.

To put things in perspective, my booking was completed at exactly 11.00.49 on Oct 03.

Despite multiple follow ups over email and customer care calls, I was also not getting any reply from Mahindra regarding refund of a failed payment on 3rd October. On one of the emails, I mentioned a deadline of 2 working days for a reply or I'll file a consumer forum complain and also demanded interest on delayed refund because they did not even send an acknowledgement email that they have noted my complain. I didn't get any revert on that email as I well. After a week of waiting I filed a consumer forum complaint, took me hardly 15 minutes to do it. Sent the complaint number on the trailing email. Within 58 minutes, got reference number for the refund payment by Mahindra. I am still pursuing interest on that refund just because they made me wait unnecessarily.

I'd suggest filing a complaint and sharing the complaint number. That would get you the fastest response.

Within 5 days of booking and he got the Diesel AX5 variant and he did not want the top end variant. I took it for a short drive, oh boy, Mahindra has done a fantastic job with noise insulation and the engine is superb. Two areas which i did not like where the under thigh support and angle of the pedals, not sure if it's a Mahindra trait, the seem to be lot more straight and hated it in the Marazzo as well

Hopefully not another Youtuber, driving the car crazily just so they can get more views. I am seeing a spate of videos on twitter/insta/youtube, where the Thar Roxx is driven at crazy speeds over 175 kph, or launched in reverse at full throttle, all antics to try and set apart their channels from the 100s of other equally ill-informed and amateurish reviewers out there.

If anyone cancels his booking can the authorized dealer receive the vehicle and allot to somebody else or should the vehicle go to the same person who booked the vehicle on the website?
