Can we expect the elevated toll road to be closed in the evening as well!?

I came a bit late in the morning, so escaped the traffic a bit!

He should have gone to bother Delhi citizens by afternoon giving respite for us.

Has'nt he gone? Else we should send him off ASAP. I dont understand the reason behind a country's PM visiting a private company and giving lecture.

As per the newspapers, he will be back into the City before 3pm. So I hope that the tollway will be free in the evening.
In the evening traffic disruptions are to be expected in Old Airport road, MG road, etc.

Wrong collection of Toll at Attibele BETL Toll Plaza.

In my last trip to Hosur, I entered Hosur road from Sarjapur road at Attibele. On proceeding towards Hosur side, I was made to pay Rs 20 for the Attibele Elevated Tollway which I did not use.
On return, I questioned the guy at the booth as to why I had t pay for something I was not using. I was not going to use the elevated way, was to pass through under hardly 100 mtrs ahead. So why pay. He said its NH7, so I had to pay!!
Is there any way to complain against this to the authorities? I checked BETL site and its FAQ says that usage of the ground level road till attibele plaza is free!!
Anyone has had any similar experience?

I think Attibelle toll is for NH7 towards Hosur, not for BETL hence we need to pay.

@lin-jo : Your toll receipt should have phone numbers. You can contact them for any complaints. I completely agree with you on this.

@coolclouds: Attibele toll is for the stretch between Electronic City and Attibele. People coming from Sarjapur road to Hosur use this road for about 200 meters and still they are made to pay Rs.20 :(

Guys, the toll collection is correct, here is the route
Electronic City to Attibele - Free
Attibele to Krishnagiri - collected at Attibele
Krishnagiri to Thoppur - Collected at Krishnagiri
Thoppur to Salem - Collected at Thoppur

This is absolutely wrong.

The Krishnagiri toll collection is for the road you use from Hosur (rather, exit of Bangalore, that arch) to Krishnagiri. That is Rs.25 for some ~75kms.

In Indian highways, we can not pay toll only for the distance we are traveling. In this case, even though one need to use the road only for 200 meters, he need to pay for the entire stretch as there is no other option.

Also please note that there are lot of people using the toll road between two toll booths (40-50kms) without paying anything.

The toll at Attebele is collected by BETL - BANGALORE Elevated Tollway Ltd. So IMHO the toll should be for Bangalore-Attebele segment.
Also there is a BETL office near the toll booth for getting monthly pass.

I think this will be cleared if we see the receipt?

If it says NHAI, then it should be for GQ right?

Also, I thought the whole of GQ was all under NHAI. Is it not the case?

EDIT: Just got this.
Lanes

So, it IS BETL's. But how can they get Toll from people who is not using the elevated bridge? What approval did govt give?

Check this too. http://www.blrelevated.co.in/toll_ra...d_schemes.html
5 Attibele, KM 32.700

Which means, I pay for the 32KMs. What nonsense is this?
