I once bought a two way ticket but didn't return the same way. The very next day I travelled the same way I had bought the ticket. The boothman said this isn't valid. I was very much within the stipulated 24 hours. But h refused to accept that ticket, saying that the system didn't recognise the two same way entries.

I argued, but I was in a hurry. And he was very low level. So I paid up, went my way
