SAR value : 1.55 W/kg @ 1g (head) and 0.92 W/kg @ 1g (body).....does it make sense to go for this???
The Galaxy Nexus has not been launched in India, so what you buy will not get you any manufacturer warranty in India. Seller Warranty is different and it would be better to clarify the same from the seller.

I got my GNex from the US and it doesnt carry any warranty.

Ordered the nexus 4. It is $394 including CA taxes and shipping. Delivery will be in 6-7 weeks. The stock situation at play store has been stable for a few days now so who ever intends to get it now is the time.

How are you getting it to India? Planning to use a dropshipper like ICCWorld?

Homescreen on my Sony Xperia Tipo
Pretty happy with the phone's performance. Battery easily lasts over a day and a half and sometimes even two days if my usage is low.
I use it for whatsapp, games, Internet browsing, YouTube, music etc.

Re: Android Thread: Phones / Apps / Mods

Guys my one month old Xperia Tipo's 3.5mm audio jack isn't working since today evening. it just doesn't recognize anything that is plugged in and plays music through the phone's loudspeaker.

tried it with Sony earphones, Sony headphones, Samsung earphones and my car's aux cable, all of which work properly with my ipod.

Is there any quick fix? im afraid the service centre guys might keep the phone for long for the warranty claim.

Well the best Ginger Bread Rom is undoubtedly Wajkiui which is based on Miui and CM. You can also try Quarx's JB build which I believe is still in nightly stage.

Re: Android Thread: Phones / Apps / Mods

I am again terribly frustrated with the htc chacha. i have realized the 2x battery saver mentioned in this thread is not a match for chacha's profligate 5%/hour (with data off) battery drain during the night. I am putting better battery stats but thinking of ponying up the 300 bucks for Juice defender ultimate. Else i am seriously considering going back to the E63 for peace of mind.

Are you on 3G? My atrix 2 easily drains 30% during night with data off on 3G. But if on 2G, he happily idles with 1-2% at night with data off :-( I use llama to set profiles to turn off things at night.
