Hello JD,
SV is the base model. If I'm not mistaken in 2014 the SV came only with single airbag. Do check.Max 5.5L.

P.S:- Do consider a 2014 V CVT. The price difference in used cars will not be much.

Powertrain

Hexa owners testify that it's not the usual Tata. Price for new one was 22L. 12.5 looks a steal to me. But considering the low demand for Hexa, should be possible. People are asking 14 to 16L.

SV was the middle model. It had 2 airbags and Bluetooth with a small screen but no paddles. There was no V CVT in 2014.

Re: The "USED" Car Price Check Thread

I am looking for a used i20 petrol within budget of 2.5 to 3 lakhs.
Which year model and what variants will fall into my budget?
More inclined in buying 2012 model which was facelifted.
There are few cars available with Truevalue and other dealers. What should be my offer price if the car condition is good.

Hi PC,
Is this one the XTA recently on sale at Bafana Motors, Pune?

Last week, I'd received a message from them quoting 17 lacs for the 2017 model. I did call them on the given number and asked for some pics/ VIN.
The attendant was ready to negotiate on pricing.
But strangely, didn't receive any in reply to my asking.
So unprofessional !!

Evidently I've botched up the models - the one under consideration has sunroof , paddles and 2 airbags. Price same ?

I am getting a HEXA XTA 2017 model with 21k on ODO at 14 L in Bangalore. Considering your in Mumbai and 36 k on ODO, 13 L should be a fair price.

I think its a good deal as HEXA XTA is a worthy car that is not popular!!

What would be a good price for 2008 Ford Fusion TDCi in Bangalore? The car has done 85000 KMs. Serviced at Ford Service Center throughout. Clutch assembly was replaced at 72000kms. Negligible dings and dents, even though it belongs to a second owner who is asking for 1.4L.

Re: The "USED" Car Price Check Thread

Hi folks,

What should be the right price for:

1. 2016 Ford Endeavour 3.2 Titanium AT, about 80000 Kms run.
2. 2017 Ford Endeavour 3.2 Titanium AT, about 70000 Kms run.

Also, does anyone here have experience buying cars from Ford Assured?

Thanks

Re: The "USED" Car Price Check Thread

^^ In light of recent incidents involving torque converter plate failures, kindly do not even consider buying a 3.2 Endeavour AT.

You can look at 2.2 variants, though.

Re: The "USED" Car Price Check Thread

Hi folks,
Looking for a compact automatic in Bangalore, I have zeroed in on a 2017 facelifted Honda Brio with 22k on the odo. The asking price is around 5.7lacs

Is it worthwhile? As it's out of production
Is there anything particular to look out for at this age - 2.5yrs and 22k?

Thanks

Considering its age and the fact that it is out of production nearly a decade now and the fact that it was never a popular choice, being way ahead of its time, you should be able to get it for around 1 lakh or max 1.25 lakhs.
But it is undoubtedly a great vehicle.
Great ride quality.
Drives nicely.
Strong little thing.
Decently powerful engine.
Spacious and practical.
It is a good car but somehow it was never appreciated properly when it was available.
