It cost me 250 for the pair. I don't know the part number and i don't have the bill with me anymore. Just go to the Bosch dealer and ask for car headlamp relay, i did the same thing and i got this.

Sankar,

I would tell just what I did. I had relay for Twin horns(yeah pulsar ones )

I asked the mech to make sure the relay was secured properly as well as insulated so he had the entire wiring double taped with an insulation tape along with the relay & the relay was put under the seat in a way that it was easy to access yet tapped in such a way that it would not rub against anything.

I know its a bit overkill but the bike didnt have any electrical issues even in heavy rains

I bought a new exhaust system for the bike, not just the end can, but a complete system from Automech Exhausts. It will reach me within couple of days. Very eager to lay my hands on it

Great! Sankar, you are not one to procrastinate! The Zma mods are going like rapid fire. So when are we having a meet to check this one out? Btw, what kind of improvement are you expecting from the exhaust? Low end? Mid range? And yeah, why automech?

Automech exhaust doesn't sound too loud compared to some other exhausts i've heard and i don't like it too loud. It's not a top end boosting exhaust, as told by Vivek of Automech, so i assume it's more of a midrange pipe. Anyways it should make a good difference since i feel the stock pipe is restrictive.

Right now the bike is running on 135 mains and 40 pilot. Earlier bike was on 130 mains and 35 pilot when i was using foam sheet filter inside the airbox. I have put the pod filter now.

@Sankar..
Hi was planning to buy some jets from the same website jets r us,just needed part number for the main and slow jet.
The reason to ask is in keihin on the website there are two sizes of main jets.for e.g N424-36
and
99101-393
OVERALL LENGTH = 8mm
HEAD DIAMETER = 6mm.
And the second main jet 99101-116,
OVERALL LENGTH = 7mm
HEAD DIAMETER = 5mm
So if you could check with your part number and just tell me whats the number for the main jet and slow jet that would help me not order the wrong jets..

Thanks

Automech Karizma Exhaust is home!

I got the Automech Exhaust delivered to my office yesterday! I got it installed this morning. I like the note of the exhaust, it's not too loud and has a meaty tone to it. Very different from what we usually get to see on bikes. While ripping it has a nice throaty roar. I'm posting the pics here

I have also uploaded a video of the exhaust.

Scorpian, what you need to buy is 99101-393 for mains and N424-26 for pilot.
