Re: Volkswagen Vento : Test Drive & Review

Yeah! that is another worry of mine. Probably, I will have to get good transparent mats, and be careful every time I sit in car, and more so if it is raining :(

Any new bookings of Vento done recently?

What is the max waiting period quoted by the Sales guys? Especially, in Pune city?

Thanks a lot for the prompt response bro. This will help me plan now.

4 months is a considerable waiting period, especially for such a good car.

Sahil,

Please post the snaps of the interiors once you have the Stanley seats. Would also appreciate if you can share the price.

Re: First pics: Petes tuned 130 HP VW Vento TDI

Hi!
How much did you pay just for switching from drums to disc brakes at the back?

Somehow the last pic resembles a SX4. Could you post the torque curves before and after mod?

Re: First pics: Petes tuned 130 HP VW Vento TDI

The wheels although nice in design only look good in close-up. However, with the car, they look a tad bit "over-blown".
With regards to mods, 130HP, if true, sounds too good!

Well that is a totally achieveable number. The stock car is 105 Bhp, so a 25% increase with the tuning box is nothing out of the ordinary. But YES the car is a stonker in stock form, think about what it'd be with the added horses & torque

Cheers
