Thanks Sun for letting me know about Zaino. Never ever had heard its name. Do let me the price they quote for Z2 pro.

Sohail, Z-CS is similar to Opti-Seal, applicable for any car color. Z2 Pro is applicable for light colored cars. So Z8 is applicable for black color car, as for mine pearl black Vento? Do correct me if I way be wrong.
Z8 may be the substitute for Opti-Seal for me.

Technically, they're almost similar to each other! (minor difference of gloss enhancers and cleaners!)

Z2Pro will produce great results on all paints incl. pearl paint finishes like white, blue or black! Other sealants might produce similar results! If your paint is flawless, any sealant or wax will make the paint look amazing!

The final outcome depends on the state of your paint!
Any sealant will enhance the state of your paint! If its flawless, it'll appear unreal after the sealant!

if its swirled, the sealant might enhance the appearance of swirls!(swirls will look shiny, making them more apparent in the sun)

reflections will be enhanced noticeably, again dependent on paint condition!

Any sealant can be used on any paint color as essentially you're working on the clear coat! Only exception are color charged waxes that actually have a bit of pigment in them!

Was not a bird dropping, seems to be some kind of chemical dripping probably from the AC pipes on the car parking ceiling. I've been parking at a new office since a week. Now have these at three spots on the car. Thinking of taking the car to the 3M shop in HSR , any other options? I tried rubbing with the formula 1 scratch out paste, but the marks are immune to that.

Got pricing info. Z2 pro is 1900. Shipping above 2500 is free. Got pricing for all other products as well. Overall Zaino is on the expensive side.

Not sure about this Z2 pro, however 2500 INR is quite expensive IMO. As per the first post, nxt tech wax from meguiar`s is available in HYD it seems, better to check with them once.

Also, online order from US (18 ounce - 2.8oz) is ~18 USD, even if we consider another 18USD as shipping charge, still much cheaper than 2500 INR !

If you are not sure whether to buy this product or not and want to experiment once before finally putting in the money, let me know, I have the nxt tech wax 2.0, can share with you, for you to use on your car and decide.

Hi, thanks for the offer mate. I already have Collinite845 wax. I am just looking for an Opti-seal equivalent and Z2pro at 1900 is a good alternative. I will have to order something extra to get free shipping. Any one in Pune looking for a sealant?

Re: A superb Car cleaning, polishing & detailing guide

Depends on what you're looking for in a shampoo!

For maintenance no rinse wash without damaging the wax/sealant - Optimum No Rinse

I found Meguiars gold class car wash to be great for a full wash! Great suds and lubricity to safely remove slightly bonded dirt and grime!

Where are you located?

I'm in a very dusty location and I want to remove dust safely from my car without marring it. Also after a rain the car is just full of dusty drop spots once dried so I want all this to go off my paint easily.

These water stains can be easily removed by using normal household synthetic vinegar. Wet a tissue & leave it on the stain for a while If more extensive on the paint then you may need to leave it longer.

Allow the vinegar to penetrate well and then rub gently.

In case of a dusty(not muddy) paint, first hose off the dust with water as best as you can!

Then use ONR in rinseless wash dilution for a quick rinseless wash with a quality mitt or sponge(like optmitt)!

In case of post rain muddy paint, again hose off initially to get as much dust/mud off as possible before touching the paint with a mitt! Then use a 2 bucket method with a dedicated car shampoo and a quality mitt!

After the final thorough rinse, blot dry and use a quick detailer for a marring free final wipe or use quick wax if you like!

Do all of the above in shade of your garage or building!

Friends, I had inquired for Optimum Opti-Seal from Auto-Mall Banglore, who are the official dealers of Optimum Polymer Technologies. They said it would be in stock by this month's end. So anyone seeking for any substitute to Opti-Seal can hold onto their horses for a while.
They also said they will have ONR 128 oz in stock by months end.

Note: Mods I'm just passing the information which I received for my inquiry I did for Opti-Seal and ONR, which I wanted to purchase and are not available for long. I'm no way related to Auto-Mall Banglore.

To what Sohail said + IMO, regular maintenance is easy maintenance !

A m/f cloth or duster or chamois depending on the severity of the rain/dust, if used to clean the car (can be done in < 3mins) just after the rain while parking at night/starting in the morning/post rain before starting for home, is the easiest way to keep the car exterior clean.
