Does any one have the following information?

1. Whats the 0-100 timing for figo TDCi/swift DDiS/punto multijet?
2. Also the 0-60, 20-80 kind of timings?
3. Also which requires fewer gear changes in city driving? for this i believe if some one can quote the speeds in each gear that might be helpful for all the cars.
4. Also whats the top-speed, not the one on the speedometer, but the real numbers

Mustang i believe can help us with these information about Figo TDCi.

Certainly, TDCi is better than its competitors due to apparent absence of turbo lag.

In April issue of "Whatcar" mag the answers for 1,2 and 4th question are given leaving out Punto Multijet.

I will tell you only for figo TDCi.

1. 0-100 - 15-17 secs <--- based on how you efficient you are at changing gears

2. 0-60 - 5-6 secs <----- same as above

3. Wont answer this as i cant directly compare cars as it would be unfair for me to do so as i work for ford.

4. The top speed of Figo TDCi , I dont know that but i did drive at about 150-155 kmph in the figo, i dont remember the exact speed at which i was driving but it was within that figure.

Hi Mustang,

Do you recommend putting front windshield sunfilm?

Also with sunfilm, would there be considerable FE improvement? indicative numbers please in the FE improvement.

Thanks

Yamaha

I have never put front windshield film as i am of the opinion that front windshield films cause visibility problems at night.

With the sunfilm, I guess there will be no change in FE.

I think that's quite dangerous. Probably illegal in states like Kashmir.

there are clear sunfilms available that don't give any shade, and are perfectly legal. eg CR 70 by 3m costs 6k though. guess similar alternatives are available from other brands too

Since Figo has a bigger front glass, sun film can be done at the top without affecting the view for the driver.

Which mag?

Figo is tested and you can look up ratings for 2003 European Ford Fiesta. I think it was 4-star frontal.

Do a search for front windsheild sunfilm. There are a couple of threads with a total of 2000 posts on front sunfilms.
