Frameless wipers never worked well even if it was from a known manufacturer like Hella.

The Michelin wipers were quite good as I got a chance to use them for a long duration last weekend when I did a trip to Chennai and it was raining during most of the journey. In slight drizzle as well as normal rain, and spray from vehicles ahead, the wipe was clean and complete with no streaks.
I was planning an upgrade to frameless wipers. Now bit confused seeing your comment. Do you have the link for Michelin wipers? If I'm right, 22"/16" is the size required for Aspire.

I used to pick up frameless wipers more for the clean look rather than the clean wipe. Probably the wiper arm is not designed to work with frameless wipers.

Below is the link for the Michelin wipers which doesn't come as a set. You need to order the 22' and 16' separately.

Re: The 'Wiper Blade' Thread

After using Frameless wipers from TVS, Bosch and a No Name local brand over the last 2 years; I switched to the most basic framed wipers from Valeo.

Ordered them off Boodmo since they aren't available in any stores near me or on Amazon. Could not be happier with their performance. I'm not sure how long these will last, but at the price I paid I would have gotten my money's worth even if they last a year.

Re: The 'Wiper Blade' Thread

^^ I too replaced by stock Ecosport wipers with frameless Valeo one's off Boodmo. It was much cheaper than Bosch and has been performing well over the past 2 months.

The driver side wiper starting juddering recently, but I think it was down to a dirty windshield. It's fine now but with the monsoon's over, i'll have to wait for the next rain know if the judder still exists.

Michelin actually doesn't have frameless wipers in India. They have either the traditional wiper or the hybrid wiper. Hybrid wipers are a mix of traditional and frameless which results in a pretty sturdy build quality like a traditional wiper while giving you a lot of pressure points like a frameless wiper. Links below for 22" and 16"

Re: The 'Wiper Blade' Thread

I'll get these ones for my car. The new wipers they installed is of bad quality (Bosch frame less). Original ones from factory lasted 3 years. Any idea the size I'd need for Nexon?

Re: The 'Wiper Blade' Thread

Last 3-4 wiper replacements for my first gen Swift Dzire have been the Bosch Clear Advantage (frameless) wipers. This time, they weren't available at neighborhood stores so headed to the MGP store and bought the OEM wiper blades. I think the prices were earlier in the Rs.200 range, they now cost Rs.470!

*These are 21" (Driver Side) & 19" (Passenger side) blades.

Re: The 'Wiper Blade' Thread

Thank You @NPV for your inputs. I too have a Maruti Swift Dzire first gen. Was planning to go in for 3M wipers. Would you have any feedback/ experience with them as compared to Bosch or OEM?

Best bet would be to manually measure it using a tape or search Boodmo.
