You can try contacting them on this.

Just a thought, have you tried using dog specific seat covers over and above this product to protect seats from getting dirty ?

Also, does it block the rear ac vents ?
The bed itself completely covers the rear seat (including the gap between front and rear seats), so once this bed is in place, the seats don't get dirty. However, the back support area of the rear seats remain exposed, so if the dog puts the paws there, that part will get dirty. One could cover it with a bedsheet, but my dog remains pretty calm inside the car, so I haven't put anything more than the bed and comforter.

It doesn't block the rear AC vents. The bed remains vertically lower than the vents, so the AC flow is not affected.

No, still saw random screen going blank, carplay getting stuck issues. Ours is a Feb end manufacturing, will have to check the version.
2) I presume the stock tyres are mostly MRF or Apollo - local Michelin dealer is quoting 7-8k as buyback for the stock tyres and is ready to offer Michelin Primacy SUV+ for 15,500 per piece. How are the stock tyres performing? Does it warrant an immediate change given the buy-back and new tyre quotes provided?
We got Bridgestone Ecopia from factory, have driven 1500 kms in a month, no tyre specific issues. I generally drive the car with factory fit without making any mechanical changes for 2-3 years.
3) Some of the major mechanical issues reported in this forum were relating to noise from the suspension and the infamous football in the boot issue - Are these resolved or still persistent?
None in Petrol AT in last 1500 kms.
4) Accessories considered are 7D mats from Autotech, screen guard for ICE, mud flaps and magnetic sunshades from Starmate. Are there any other must have items to consider?
Go for Pharoah/Kagu 3D mats, 7D are not that great[We got those from Amazon]. Side step, Door protectors and screen guard can be taken from Mahindra for that OEM finish. Bumper and corner protectors from any accessory shop. Won't recommend the front and rear bumper extenders as they can impact the safety in case of a collision.
5) How is the heat management with the existing tinted sunroof and the slim piece of sheet that runs below it? I am not sure it would hold up against the scotching Chennai heat and thinking of some sort of sunfilm for the sunroof - has anyone done this? If yes, please provide which model and make to consider.
AC is a chiller, the piece of sheet is of good quality and opaque, no sun penetrates through when closed. If you're planning to keep the cover open then some sunfilm will be essential. Also, you can buy the windshield umbrella to keep vehicle cool if its parked under hot sun for long hours.
Congratulations !! Please find the answers inline.

Thank you DriTraPh.

Continuing your query on the accessories, I have one more usecase, we also tend to keep the last row folded and use it primarily for keeping bags and random stuff. I want to protect the plastic hook mechanism used to unlock and fold-unfold the seats.
Q : Is there a boot tray accessory which can be put after folding the seats in the 7 seater XUV700 variant and fits the space perfectly ?

Re: Mahindra XUV700 Review

How is an Indian product, manufactured in India and exported, expensive by 40% here in India compared to Australia?
This is the price for a Petrol AX7L model (seen in the picture)

I saw this a few weeks back, while we were considering the XUV700 strongly and was equally surprised. It is one of life’s great mysteries.

On a lighter note, India has much higher excise taxation and exported products don’t carry excise taxation as they are being exported.
(probably some taxation is applicable, but I am not aware)

I have a similar use case and keen to find a solution. Any such accessory that perfectly fits the boot space with 3rd row seats folded would be a blessing. I’ll be happy with a sturdy and flexible rubber mat as well which can fit but haven’t been able to find one yet.

If you connect with dealer, they will get you a geniune accessory for this use - the parcel tray. It costs about 14K INR - not worth in my opinion. But le me say it - this is an option, in case one really “wants” it.

Hey thanks, but the one you have shared is the luggage cover (parcel tray cover).

What we are looking for is a boot liner for the 7 seater model when last 2 seats are folded. Currently only options are available for the 5 seater variants -

Oh, my bad. I had seen the boot liner earlier in person and tried fitting one from a 5 seater configuration into my 7 seater with last row folded. Unfortunately it does not fit plush. It’s not at all usable piece that way. I was looking for it to make work but couldn’t. So finally settled in for a custom noodle mat cut to my liking.

The boot mat shown in the video is the Mahindra Genuine Accessory for XUV 700 5 seater.

I have been using this in my AX7L as I tend to fill my boot frequently and will take out the mat only when the last row is put on use (less than 10 times in last 1.5 years). This mat is sturdy with a precise fit. I choose this as I dont want my folded seats getting soiled as there is some gap due to the 50:50 folding of the last row. I find it abuse friendly and perfect for my need. The only issue being it is not foldable incase if you want to use last row in the middle of a trip.

There are few available in amazon which are foldable, this was being used by a group member and had shared a positive feedback - https://amzn.in/d/2a8hzc4

Re: Mahindra XUV700 Review

On this topic: see below - I used a liner from a five seater into my seven:

The actual floor of a 5str is like this:

Below the floor, there is a styrofoam structure:

When I fit the liner from 5str into my 7str:

Hope this helps.
