if your eating whole eggs, dont go over 1-2 a day. raw or boiled does not make much of a difference. it would be safer boiled

i disagree. fitness can be acquired to get into martial arts, it needs dedication though.

12 eggs a day. Mostly white and around 4-5 yolks. Combination of fried and boiled. A madness diet, all of which I've lost. Everything! I barely eat around 5 these days. Miss my old diet, exercise regime because of this injury.

Coping up with it. Will try my best to come back on track.

Actually it does make a difference.

Raw - fast absorption
Cooked - Delayed absorption.

^Might not seem like a big deal to us normal folks. But its a HUGE thing if your into serious BB.

Your right on the eggs being safer when cooked though

YES - for the most part. Hope you dont mean deep fried

If your getting bored of boiled eggs. Make an egg white omlette, minimum oil.
Say 5 egg whites, 1/2 Whole eggs, green chillies and whatever else you need.

I know what you mean... have a friend preparing for a competition which is a distant 2 year dream for him. 20+ egg whites, 1kg dead animal are daily staples.

All the best in getting back to your original form Gordon!

Boiled eggs? Boiled vegetables? Raw Cabbage?
I believe you get only one human life, and that too after 80,00,000 other species according to the law of Karma, and if you spend that eating all this, its better to be born as a cow. All you need to do is get milked.

I understand the need to control your fat intake, but seriously overdoing it will reduce your calorie intake by a mere 400-500 calories. I would prefer to run couple of kms than eat raw food, or boiled eggs

Jesal: U did most of it but still, not got Rid...Ahem Ahem, did ya cut down on carbs and fat products, do u JOG?, Run? Cycle? Crosstrainer??. Do these cardiovascular exercises to burn the fat off then exercise your love handles to make them stiff and in good shape.

BUSA: Currently eating 12 eggs, in two intervals, first 6 at breakfast, next 6 after the workout, no york, sometimes one or two york.... Earlier use to eat 6 boil eggs in the morning, then 6 raw eggs in the evening without the york. Raw eggs were taken with milkshake.
INgredients: 6 raw eggs without york + 2 Bananas + 300ml to 400ml of milk. At times put in chocolate instead of bananas for some other fruit like apple. LOLS

@ AADIX ... Try and eat around 6 small meals a day. Ensure that you get some protein in every meal. As for whey, if you can afford the more expensive ones, go for a supplement that has only whey isolate and not why protein concentrate. Also look for the brands that do not have aspartame or acesulfame K as sweeteners.
Go easy on the soya as it increases estrogen and that's why it is mainly recommended for women. Don't even think of creatine right now as it will make you look even more bloated.
for a really effective exercise routine to she the fat really fast try this:
Day 1: whole body circuit; 2 sets per body part in the 12-15 rep range. 20 mins cardio
Day 2 : Cardio 45-60 mins
Day 3 and 5: repeat Day 1
Day 4 and 6: Repeat Day 2
Day 7: Rest

Avoid all simple carbs...white bread, potatoes, white rice... makes a huge difference.
I'm a certified fitness trainer as well as a performance nutrition specialist. What you guys do with rides, i do with bodies...super mod 'em :P

Its okay, if you're having a very heavy and intense workout. All will be used up in recovery. Used to have lots of water too.
