Not at the average Indian body size. I would caution against it, I've seen the after effects myself. Please remember, most diets are configured for Western bodies. Moreover, Indians are known to have what is called a 'greedy' gene.

Go for only this, for now.

Matt Furey Combat Conditioning

If it works for you then you can consider this one too.

How to do a handstand and handstand pushups training

I have realised that videos are much better than exercise books since they demostrate proper form and continuous movement.

Matt Furey uses too much hype while talking about his products, I find it very distracting. But the above two are really good, they work.

Yogi: Don't worry about it.

busa: if your body can take the 3 set per exercise without any hassle than i think you should go for it... try to increase the weights at every set.... allow 1 minutes rest between each sets.

But if your body cant pull it.. then leave ... slow and steadily you will be able to do 3 sets..... someday...

It all depends on your body type...

Thanks Sohail, was waiting for your reply, will try and do three sets, though out of three trainers in the gym two advise 3 sets and 1 advises 2 set so the confusion.

Busa: your welcome.... anytime...

My last workout routine:

Every day one body part -
4-5 exercises per body part 3 Sets per exercise with reps ranging from 12-15. Pushing my self to the limits. Apart from this 20-25 mins cardio every day (cycling/crosstrainer/tredmill).

Result after 2 months - lost 6 kgs , slightly lean, waistline got down by 2 inches. Body looking more ripped...and a happy gymer .

No diet as such, just no rice or greasy stuff after 6. But last nite no holds barred - had butter pav Bhaji at Sardar (tardeo), with butter pav. Yummmm and a fruit and nut chocolates...

Haha Sohail, looks like when it comes to food you let your self loose

I am planning to make a diet and follow it, have protein in such a manner that i get ful use of it and do 3 sets of each exercises, well atleast try.

Since i am underweight i do cardio just for warm up.
