A Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon (2019) : 4 / 5

This is a fun watch for the entire family, all ages. A continuation from Shaun the Sheep movie (2015) setup, with no requirement to have seen the past movie. Even with no talking throughout the movie, the script is hilarious and filled with jokes that will keep you rolling!

For those who love easter eggs, the movie is filled with them; some very obvious, others are more subtle! An excellent watch - you'll never know where the time went!

P.s. Shaun the Sheep (2015) is an equally if not better watch too!

Saw an old classic again & quite enjoyed it. Good crime story with Al Pacino doing what he does best. Rating Carlito's Way 4 / 5 stars .

Watched Mr. Brooks and will give it a 3.5 / 5 rating. Okay for a one-time watch if you like murder stories. About a respectable businessman who kills at night.

Then you'll love Scarface even more; and if you like gangster movies, then Bronx Tale will thrill you. And if you forgo action in a crime thriller, then American Gangster is a good watch

I don’t know how many you have watched Men of Honour featuring Robert di Niro and Cuba Gooding Jr. And since Al Pacino is the flavour here, love The Recruit and Scarface- absolute favourites.

Fractured - 2019

Synopsis - After his wife and injured daughter disappear from the emergency room, a man becomes convinced the hospital is hiding something.

Interesting movie. Starts off ok, then you realize it's just an ordinary thriller but they ended the movie pretty well. I quite liked it and would recommend it.

Rating - 4.5/5

I watched Fracture couple of weeks ago; yes very much recommended for a good thriller

For a moment I thought you were talking about Fracture

But then you're talking about Fractured TV series isn't it or something else?

My bad. I shouldn't have put that.

Big Will Smith fan here, but will give Gemini Man 1 / 5 stars. What a junk movie. Please avoid if you come across it anywhere. IMDB reviews have gotten it spot on.

Re: The English Movies Thread (No Spoilers Please)

If you like business movies, here is a superb watch! Barbarians at the gate is easily a 5/5 rating movie. It's on the true takeover story of RJR-Nabisco (products include cigarettes, Oreo cookies). The drama has share prices, strategy, leveraged buyouts, behind-the-scenes tricks and more. Just excuse the production quality as it's from the 90s.

This was the second time I saw it...and absolutely loved it .

I watched this movie 'Dark Waters' that I liked very much. Its the true story about lawyer Rob Billot's (played by Mark Ruffalo) fight against Dupont in the USA. Its an Erin Brokovich kind of story, but done much better, I think.

Re: The English Movies Thread (No Spoilers Please)

Here’s a nice thriller from some time back, starring Micheal Douglas and Famke Jenssen. A psychological thriller you may think but a riveting watch nevertheless. Don’t Say A Word released in 2001 but stars many familiar names. Here’s the trailer for you all

Re: The English Movies Thread (No Spoilers Please)

American Hustle is a good crime thriller plot movie. Can watch once, but not a perfect one as I'm still left with many questions in the end.
