Have been using this for last 1.5 years. But strangely from Jan 2023 no cashback getting credited.

Think I will start using Axis card even for amazon shopping hereon as there atleast I would get 1% cashback. With Amazon ICICI its turning out to be 0.

Thanks!! I have this one already, this gives around 1% and the Flipkart axis (non LTF) gives 1.5%. I am looking for other CB options which are LTF.

After seeing your post I went and checked and indeed the last billing cycle cashback I see is from Dec 22

I just recommended this card to a colleague and he has applied; this is going to be embarrassing

Checked. No cashback since Jan 23 as SoumenD mentioned.

Will check with customer care tomorrow.

Probably you didn’t read my post properly. I have been using the card for 1.5 years plus now. Have received cashbacks till Dec 22, post that it’s stopped.

Yup same here. I used the card only for Amazon shopping(5% cashback) and bill payments(2% cashback). But now it’s looking pointless. I can instead use Axis FK card for flat 1.5% cashback atleast.

I checked for myself, and I also see proper credits all the way till this month. No issues of missing credits.

No issues for me. Have been using it for 2 years now.
Screenshot of cashback credited in March 2023. The customer care should be able to help here. They have a decent customer service as per my experience.

I personally have applied for SBI cashback card though and will get rid of this once that is in my hand. I hope that doesn't get devalued. It promises 5% cashback on all online transactions ( except wallet load, rent, etc) and is first year free and then 1000 if spend is less than 2 lakhs. Should not be a problem as most of my spends are online.

Just check if it is showing negative points in your account statement? It happened in my case. There were some insurance and other bill payments happened an year back. They had mistakenly calculated 5% cashback instead of 2%. They have rectified this in Jan and hence they are adjusting reward points from Jan to compensate the difference.

Bingo. Looks like that's the issue. Just confirmed with customer care, they had processed 4% cashback instead of 2% back in Dec 22 for an insurance payment. Have been compensating for that since last couple of months. Since I use this card only for bill payments, the amount is not that high and hence took 2-3 months to compensate for the extra cashback I was paid back in Dec.

Re: The Credit Card Thread

How do I convert my edge points to buy Emirates miles or buy emirates tickets using my edge points?

I don't see an option in the Points/Miles Transfer.

Axis CC is useless in this regards.

Re: The Credit Card Thread

I have a HDFC regalia and Standard Chartered Digismart Credit card. Most of my spends are for fuel only. Rarely shopping.

I usually let my reward points lapse as the pop up to check rewards usually logs me out with a session expired note.

I finally logged on to SmartBuy site.
Cash redemption is 1 point = 0.20 Rs.
Amazon Rs 2000/- voucher is 5710 points. (which I bought)

Interestingly 4 Amazon Rs 500/- vouchers is only 5680 points. On further investigation I realised every redemption is charged at Rs. 99 + GST.

Frequent flier miles is available as Krisflyer and Intermiles. I do fly domestic a few times every year, but on the most convenient flight, and not on any particular airline.

I have never used Lounge access as I reach the airport only few minutes before boarding. I'm not really sure what to use my reward points on.

You can find BPCL and HPCL vouchers as well. But, last time I checked, only 500rs vouchers were available.

Regalia points expire at 2 years. You can redeem them at 0.5 rupees value at Smartbuy flight booking upto 70% of ticket value. Remaining needs to be paid from Regalia card. They will list all the flights through their partners like yatra, cleartrip etc. You don't have to transfer to any air miles.
