Auto-unlock on ignition off has been disabled I think on my car already. The car doesn't unlock until a passenger pulls the door handle to leave the car.

And without request sensors, it'll be difficult managing the other occupants needing to get in or to get somehing if I enable only driver door upon remote unlock, which is something that happens to me a lot.

Just putting this here and hoping for the best.

Any BHPian in/ around Chennai with VCDS who could help out with a Polo? Specifically, to make the MID usable after 80+ kmph.

Thanks!

Re: VCDS (Vag-Com Diagnostic System) for VW & Skoda - Discussion Thread

Request to Hyderabad BHPians, if anyone who can lend their VCDS cable so that I can make the following changes to my Vento.

Comfort turn signal to 5 clicks
Time to 24H format
Needle sweep

Unable to procure VCDS cable from Aliexpress.

Tried making the changes at PPS motors Gachibowli/Kukatpally, however, their software does not show the above changes in the system.

I can get my car for a small catchup and make the changes

You're in luck! I'll be in Hyderabad from 9th - 17th Jan! Hit me up via PM.

PS - I tried getting the time to 24H format on my Vento, it sorta failed to do that. But trial and error is the name of the game!

Re: VCDS (Vag-Com Diagnostic System) for VW & Skoda - Discussion Thread

I have a 2015 HL AT Jetta. Need help with respect to the ORVMs.

I read in this thread that it is possible to Open / Close the ORVMs through the Keyfob. Please let me know if anyone has tried that.

Alternatively is it possible to Open / Close the ORVMs based on the ignition input?

Also once intpo the VCDS, am not able to access only the Instruments (I think Section # 17) section. Is anyone facing this issue?

It is possible if you have a Jetta Highline with ORVM adjustment on the doorpad. I have done it on my Passat Highline - originally done on a Jetta. See https://www.team-bhp.com/forum/offic...ml#post4801639 (Volkswagen Jetta : Test Drive & Review)

Hi guys. Wanted some advice. Friend has a 2011 Polo Comfortline and wants to enable the usual bunch of features. Would you'll recommend getting a VCDS cable or an OBDeleven adapter ? Any other suggestions are welcome too.
