Yep; I get that too.

And I have to sign in to iCloud every time I switch off/on my phone. Some times, I even have to re-enter my Apple ID credentials to enable FaceTime and iMessage via Apple ID.

9.1 isn't quite fun.

I had the same problem with my dad's iPhone 6 and realised the issue has something to do with find my iphone in the icloud settings. Try disabling that and see if it goes away.

I had read this in a few forums.

Re: The iPhone Thread

Also you can try logging off completely from iclouds after disabling all the individual options and then re-login and enable. Personally i don't prefer to use iclouds for data back up due to limited space offered and the kind of data connectivity we have in India. I use address book, email, calendar etc where as the actual back up is done using a local machine.

Just for emergency, occasionally i create an icloud back up of the phone with critical data in place. Strictly "to set up a device remotely" type situations.

I haven't faced any such issues post upgrading to iOS 9.1.
I use an iPhone 5S.

The only issue i have is when you try to launch the camera app, and it takes a couple of seconds more than it used to earlier to be ready.

Has 9.2 version already come?

I have the 9.1 version and note phone does not recognize the fingerprint.

But, it does not happen regularly only once in a while and especially if the hand is wet.

I was surprised as well! Turns out 9.2 is in Beta 3 for Developers so maybe a couple of weeks until they push it out to users.

Sorry should have been clear. I am on the beta profile and get updates sooner. Fingerprint issue is happening 3 out of 5 times for me. I hope its some glitch in the os version.

I am on version 9.2 too and don't face such problem on my 6plus. Even non developers can test beta builds.

iOS 9.2 update is out and it addresses iCloud backup issue. But no mention about fingerprint issue though!

Is it only bug fixes or do we get other changes too?

Re: The iPhone Thread

Updated to iOS 9.2. The most obvious change is that the 6S Plus is no longer dropping frames when entering the multitask windows or while opening icon menu when force touching.

So I've been using iPhone 6 for a few days now. Honest question, what was the fuss all about?

Apart from the excellent camera, long battery life (i migrated from Nexus 4) and a classy shiny screen I can't really think of many positives about it.

In fact from the usability perspective my vanilla android was way ahead and the moment I played around with any custom ROMs it was like playing god.

I'm not able to understand the hype around iPhone. Am i missing some really cool stuff that one can do with this phone? Are there apps that are must haves which I haven't been able to get my hands on yet. Sorry but I'm a little confused.
