BTW what really is 'hot-swappable'.Does it mean if some phone's memory is hot swappable,we can put in any memory card in it?????[/QUOTE]

In mobile telephony terms, hot-swap means the ability to remove the memory card even when the phone is one without removing the back-cover or battery.

Some phones which I know actively support this are

motorola E680i
Sonyericsson P900 series
Siemens s65
Siemens sx1

most of the new phones do support hot-swap. In some its semi hot-swap where you have to remove the back cover.

THe best eg would be the difference between n-gage V1 and ngage QD

BTW (OT) I have found one are where most windows mobiles are lacking. As a phone I find I need a tactile numeric keypad. I dont know of any Windows mobile that offers this.
1. M600i lacks more than just a camera - it lacks Wi-Fi and processor speed to handle applications such as Skype. It is a very basic PDA, but its one of the few 3G PDA Phones around at the moment. Nice push-mail implementation, though - and THAT is the killer for the segment it is aimed at. There is no other device that looks as good and is as small as the M600i with similar functionalities. For the business market it is aimed at, a camera is unnecessary.

2. There are plenty of Windows Mobiles with keyboards - its just that you've used one without a keyboard. Check out www.PDAdb.net for an exhaustive database of existing PDAs as well as those due for release.

Got the Sony Ericsson K790i today. Haven't noticed anytin out of the ordinary other than the cam, which is by far very good. I've been using it for only about an hour or so, so lets see what it has to offer.

BTW, after using the K750i and the W800i and the P910i i have to say i'm totally a Sony Ericsson fan at the moment.

Guys,
my N6630 has begun to restart on its own. Is there any reason for this?
Should i change it? I'm quite happy with it otherwise
Cheers.

You can easily flash your phone by urself. The code is *#7370#

It sorts out most of the probs, and will remove any virus u have. Note that 'everything' in ur phone will get erased except for the MMC. It only works if u have the sim in the mobile
