I do like it. But dad like these auto makers, Honda, Hyundai, Maruti and Toyota. It will be hard to convince him to buy from other brands.

And Toyota got a good service center near our home town, that is a added plus. We have a Toyota in our family and the feedback regarding the service is a big positive.

I hope Toyota retains the current Innova for the fleet buyers. My sis is looking for a replacement for the Innova and even though I sold the Fortuner hard to them, they are not able to plonk the money in it for the simple fact that it looks too simple inside and has a crude ride to be called a 30L car.

If and when the new Innova arrives and if it is retained solely for the white boards, I might be able to convince them to go for it instead. I wish they launch it in the first month of the new year. I am getting frustrated having to explain them the various models every time we meet

I like this new avatar of Innova. Looks more masculine, I guess Toyota is trying to make it look a lil more SUVish. I hope Toyota don't get too greedy and should price it reasonably similar to the current model.

Current body is boring because it's been on the market for so long and also there are just so many of them on the road. Otherwise I still remember loving the design at the time of its launch when Aamir Khan used to be advertising it IIRC. In comparison to the Qualis, it looked like a welcome change at the time.

+1 to that. I think current Innova has a simple and understated looks to it and so it has lasted the test of time. Even after almost a decade since its launch, it's selling like 5-6k every month. I know majority of those sales are for its reliability or fleet buyers but if it was real ugly then the story could have been different. While the new Innova looks futuristic, we all have to wait and watch the car in flesh before we can come to a conclusion.
