Dear Christabelle Noronha,

I came to know about you at this link where you have interviewed Mr.Simone
TATA discussing about future of TATA Motors.

http://www.tata.com/0_media/features...mone_trent.htm

I want to bring into your attention about ill treatment and bad service
given by TATA Motors and their dealer network to its customer.

I will appreciate if you take out some of your valuable time and go through
this thread team-bhp.com (about 6000 active member) where it describe about
bad treatment given by TATA Motors and their dealer networks to one of our
fellow internet member Mr. Varun Roy.

http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/indian...motors-20.html

I personally written to Mr. Ratan Tata and about 13 executives at tata
motors asking them about explanation for following incidence but none care
to reply. Well, Mr. Varun Roy has nothing to do with me but I am SHOCKED
after knowing treatment, threatening and legal processing TATA Motors
customer is went through and I personally have dropped decision to buy Tata
Motors Vehicle. I know tata motors is big company and it won't effect you
guys if you lose 6000 customers but still I personally believe that you tata
motors should replace Mr. Roys vehicle and settle this matter to retain its
dignity.

Thank you for taking out your valuable time for reading my email.

Sincerely,
Mahinder Dangwani.
Ceo / Founder - cphosting.com.

Hi Max,

Any news or feedback from Christabelle Noronha ? It appears that she is also following the strong Tata Tradition of not acknowledging receipt of mails not to talk about responding, especially when someone is complaining about their product.

I was hoping that she would respond. more so when she happened to be with the media centre.

So long....

Varun,
I don't understand this. Both seats were replaced (twice) and then refused? Did they break again or is the "seat" and "seat assy" different.

Good luck and hang in there, mate.

Gears,
Red-One.

Which is why I'm surprised the verdict is taking so long. Based on what Varun has told us here, this is an open and shut case where Tata Motors stands no chance whatsoever.

I personally have much better experiences with them, so I am interested in both sides of the story. Unfortunately we wont get to hear that part here or anywhere else other than in court.
