Any ideas on deals on recently launched A3 TFSI Premium version? The launch price was around 25 lacs ex showroom, wonder if it would come below the 20 lacs ex-showroom mark, what with the ongoing discount war among the big 3 luxury brands? It would then be a sweet deal.

My brother purchased a Honda Amaze Petrol (E Variant - Base Model) on 25th October from Delight Honda on Mathura Road. Following is the break up :-

On road Price - 5.15
(This includes a 60K cash discount+Free Insurance for 1st Year+Free Mats+Free Seat Covers worth 8K)

Its raining discounts. This year is already seing highest discounts across all segments and we are not yet in Dec/Jan.

BMW / Mercedes/ Audi = 5-8 lakhs for entry level sedans. Very slightly better than last year.
Grand i10 = 95000 which is Superb. last year, this was in 20k ish
Amaze = 80000. compact sedan. Truly amazing that too even in the base model. This makes it in the range of Swift LXI with disocunts on both.
Linea = 120000 for 10 lakh rupee segement. Last year too was similar.

I think its somewhere compensation for jacked up prices in many cases.

Forgive my newbie status. However, OTR means on the road correct?

95k discounts on gi10? I believe that includes exchange etc. I was able to get a discount of around 60k after much haggling in all the Hyundai showrooms in Pune

Yes like out-the-door costs in west , it will vary from state to state depending on Road tax.

Hi guys. I did a Mahindra TUV300 test drive with my friend in Zulaikha Motors Velachery in Chennai and got the pricelist. There is no discounts now and the waiting period is approximately 30 days for all models of TUV300.
