Any more sightings of the W105 and more clear photos taken?

Launch is imminent now. The current Scorpio is off production line. The W105 is being manufactured in white color only, as of now.

Launch should happen between 10th to 20th September. I am guessing either 15th or 17th. Fingers crossed.

All this info, as per dealer. They are trying to sell off the remaining stock.

I have had the Scorpio for the last 6 years now. Barring the issues in the first year I have no major complaints now. Scorpio is all about choice, I would love to buy a Thar, but the creature comforts that one would expect are missing which are there in the Scorpio.

So unless I decide to splurge on a Fortuner or a Jeep (may be it will be launched within the coming year) it will be another Scorpio for me when I go for a replacement and in this I am firmly backed by the family

I am not in a hurry, going by the history of the mHawk Scorpio & the XUV, I would let it settle down for the next 6 months or an year before venturing ahead.

Been reading the forums about waiting for the 2nd lot or letting the first batch go, especially true for our indigenous manufacturers. Some solace in the form that I want a black car, so I got to wait anyways. Moreover, dealer isn't committing immediately for a 4X4 delivery. Might just wait for the '15 model.

Wont count on it too soon. This cosmetic changed Scorpio would remain for another 5 yrs and Bolero too has reached its pinnacle maximum there may be an MHawk engine plonked in there.

I am actually looking forward to see how the face lifted Bolero with MHawk engine and better mechanicals is launched. I drove one SLX Bolero in my last visit to India and fell in love with the Tractor, and now I want with a more powerful engine and better mechanicals.

Had been to a Mahindra showroom yesterday on Ghodbunder road, mumbai.

The only discounts that they are offering for Scorpio are: Free insurance(50% on SLE,100% on VLX) + Corp disc 5.5k. No Freebies.

The sales guys say that they are hearing a rumour about the new Scorpio but have no idea if the news is true or not.

May be they want to make max profit on the remaining stock as well.

Anyways, I am sure there are many like me,who will wait for the launch to make decison between the new Scorpio and the XUV.

If the current Scorpio is not getting any discounts even at this stage of its product life cycle, it definetly shows M&M's confidence on this product. Also quite likely that the new model is going to be priced higher variant to variant

Advertisements in Mumbai claim up to 70000 discount / offers on Scorpio & Xylo and 50000 on XUV.

I have driven the first generation Scorpio from Delhi to Manali and back belonging to a friend of mine. It was something new for me in India, but I longed for a better and more refined vehicle and I think the time has come for me to seriously look at a vehicle of this size in India, my first option still remains the Bolero (CRDe).

I am on the other side - positively dislike the new look. Saw photos of the new Scorpio when i went to TD the VLX AT 4WD and was told they are getting the XUV500 type headlights and Tyre system etc on the VLX. Nifty kick knacks like a motorized mechanism for spare tyre retrieval and such! That part is good - the new look not so much!
