Seem to be just a rumor. The facelift S Cross was not part of the announcement from Suzuki on its exhibits at Geneva show.

http://www.autopunditz.com/uncategor...february-2016/

February figures suggest that even the massive price cut for 1.6 has not helped scross much - at 2500, though it is a 25% increase mom, but it is just 500 units. Though not a bad number compared to duster, terrano etc, it is nowhere near the initial target of 5k per month. A really-lost opportunity for scross 1.6. But this should give a good direction for maruti on how to price the brezza.

Hopefully, they will go back to the board and change the head lamps of the facelift.

Yes, it is still a good number considering the limited number of NEXA showrooms. In Tamil Nadu/Karnataka, it is available in two cities each only and similar number of showrooms in other states as well.

So, they will have to spread the NEXA presence across multiple cities/town to increase the sales.

I expect all Maruti regular showrooms to get the Nexa facilities so that everyone can be treated as "premium", and finally, NEXA to be merged with regular showrooms.

NEXA is important for parent Suzuki if, at a later stage, they want to sell the "Suzuki" cars built at the Gujarat plant through their own showrooms. If that's not going to happen, let all showrooms become NEXA!

Re: Maruti S-Cross : Official Review

Limited Edition of Zeta 1.3 has been offered to me at 10.08. It's 32000 less than Zeta 1.3 but no infotainment system, instead one gets all the accessories fitted. I believe it worsens the look. Has anybody purchased it?

Re: Maruti S-Cross : Official Review

Dear S cross owners,

Which type of drive timing system does the DDIS 320 come with?? For example, DDIS 200 has a chain rather than belt.

I have heard that DDIS 320 has a belt which makes it a bit more difficult to maintain. Is it true??

Regards,
Shashi

Just saw the new duster ad. It seems to have twin headlamps aligned diagonally Seems they skipped the projector headlamps. No DRLs either? Rear light cluster fails to impress. Mags are awesome. Front grill seems to give an impression of connecting and holding the headlight clusters. 6-speed AMT. Wanted to post the pics then was intimidated by the admin's note in the previous post.

Congratz. Granite Grey ones seem rare. The colour though looks quite premium.

Saw the interiors in some auto expo thread. Looked like they had spoiled it.

About the previous post : I was trying to upload through phone. Didn't realise the file size was big.

I used my photo editing skills to tryout a paint job on stock alloys. Results were impressive. Would like to know if its practically possible using masking tape, sand paper, metal primer spray and black wheel spray paint.

Looks really cool. Won't have figured out the makeshift approach if you won't have mentioned. But definitely seems to be an idea worth trying.

This black oxide coated on alternate spokes wheel was available with dealers in Bangalore. I'm not sure about the cost but it was not high.
Also Bimal was providing the below alloy wheel upgrade as the dealer arrangement from an outside agency. It was approx Rs. 70K including the tyre upgrade. I did not opt for that because the cost was very high compared to market rates.

Re: Maruti S-Cross : Official Review

Those alloys look amazing now. Excellent thinking. I now wan't to do that work somehow. Hope someone shows us how. The looks of s cross are actually growing on me. May be because I'm loving the drive and interiors. I feel the back and side looks are good enough. It's just the front which was boring. But the more I see it the more I'm loving it. Once again amazing creativity buddy, to make those boring stock alloys to really good ones.
