Sure. I will try to upload brochures of the cars which have been discontinued and not uploaded on this thread in earlier posts. Some of the cars have multiple brochure because of minor facelifts but this will help readers in finding brochures of their very own car.

I am also uploading the brochures of the cars (before facelift) which are presently on sale but you will find the brochure of the latest facelifted model on manufacturers' website (like i20 Elite). Please edit/delete such brochure if required.

I am grouping the brochure according to the manufacturers.

Anyone here have the brochures of cars that went discontinued long ago? I meant those like Qualis, Cielo/Nexia, Astra, Corsa, Laura(1st gen) and Baleno sedan.

Yes, these Maruti cars were so refined back then. One of my uncles upgraded to Maruti 800 from his Premier Padmini in the 80’s. He called up my dad one day who is a motor insurance loss assessor telling him that he broke the wiper stalk. Dad said, ‘how on earth you did that?’ He said being habitual to his Fiat’s column gear, he sat in his Maruti, pressed the clutch and literally fought against the wiper stalk to put into first gear.

Yes I noticed that too. I believe that forex payment existed till the delicensing of the auto industry in 1992/93. The auto makers had to get clearance regarding the same from the FM as well.

In this Maruti 1000, maybe the AC units in the initial ones had to be imported, so that’s why. Because I vaguely remember reading from a 1989/90 newspaper saying that majority of the Maruti 1000’s parts would be imported and indigenisation would slowly take place.

For eg. someone above me uploaded Honda Jazz' brochure but if I search this thread with the keyword "Jazz" then no results are found.

Few years down the line this thread will have multiple pages. Hence it will be easier to find if someone is looking for a specific car's brochure.
