Blue L&K with Brown? Lava Blue only comes in beige. I have a Moon White with Coffee brown. While i also recently found out that Skoda is now offering Coffee Brown only with Black and Moon White comes with Cognac Interior.
Please do share your email/contact through DM and I can probably help you

Hey Everyone,
I have a doubt. Can we enable the new version of the Virtual Cockpit Skin that is available on the new Kodiaq, Octavia on the virtual cockpit of the superb? I do remember that the older vRS Skin was possible.

I was under the impression that the brown interior has been discontinued. Only cognac is available in its place in white with massage seats. Rest all colours are beige. Please confirm with your sources and do let us know. Thanks.

Parents & wife were with me and was scared it might breakdown. All those Skoda horror stories began playing in my head. Apart from the warnings in front of me, there was no drop in performance or any other indication whatsoever of an impending failure. Reached Hubballi safely.

I've attached a screen grab of the manual that describes the error. We are planning to drive back tomorrow, so visited Priti cars(dealer for north Karnataka). They plugged in the computer and I was surprised and shocked to see

I'm confused, relieved & scared. So much so that I'll be purchasing the extended warranty and maintenance package, not tomorrow, but TODAY.
I had the same issue over the weekend in my 10 day old Kodiaq and have given it to Raja Skoda for looking into it. Their diagnostic says poor fuel quality and the service Center is saying they will drain the fuel, clean fuel pump etc. and they are yet to tell me the cost of it.

I did fill Shell and when the fuel level had gone down to low. Should I just ask them to kill the warnings, fill fuel and check if it works or not?

Vinu did you get the warnings again and what fuel are you using now?

PK, Skoda recommends 95 octane/premium fuel. There's no debate there and although his comment is quite generic here's Zac confirming it. I have only recently begun to use XP95 else have always used regular fuel. See if you want to have the dealer reset the warning and only pursue when it recurs.

Vinu - the dealer initially agreed to reset the warning and drain the fuel / add different fuel and try. They spoke to Skoda technical person and based on his recommendation (or direction), they want to go ahead and drain the entire fuel, clean the fuel systems, add different petrol and test. As per them, there is 7 liters of fuel in the car fuel system and those needs to be cleaned.

I have not technical expertise on these and will have to follow the advise given by Skoda / dealer.

I think Bangalore road taxes are insane too as compared to some other states
Dear @petrolhead777, can you please share the details of dealer which was providing the superb L&K at these prices. One of my close friend is looking for the same in Delhi NCR and wasn't able to get good-enough deal. @mods I tried to DM but was unable to do so - apologies for using the thread.

Thanks

Thanks
The price shared was for on road sonepat (as of february -22) which included 85k off on list price and insurance policy of our choice after which total turned out to be 39.xx lakh on road sonepat.

Dealer is skoda gt karnal road kundli.

Hope this helps.

Re: Skoda Superb : Official Review

To all the Superb owners here, following incident took place:

-> Took the delivery of Superb L&K facelift on 8th March, 2021, the sales person while explaining the features mentioned about the Jio Dongle for sort of connected features and said it would takes a couple of months time for it to work.

-> The dongle was not activated in the said time and I got busy too. It was during the first service when I asked for the activation and the service advisor said there's no dongle in the car to begin with

-> On escalation with the CRM, I was told that the dongles were not provided by Skoda until the beginning of May 2021

Does this make sense? Have you guys faced this issue too or yours works correctly even if the purchase was before mine?

Thank you.

Based on Vid6639's recommendation, I recently got one from Polco. Didn't want to overspend because of rough use by watchman & car cleaner, and chances of theft. Good mid-range covers. Paid 2 grand or so.

Thanks GTO. Sadly Polco don't make one for Skoda/VW products. There are several on Amazon and I'll likely take a chance with one of them. I am bit wary of their ratings for such products though.

@imp!, As @slk suggested, Coverwell has good covers. I have been using one for my Superb for more than 6 months and have been happy with it. Doesn't fly off in Mumbai winds and has fairly decent waterproofing capabilities. Compared to the one that the dealer provided, this is much better.

I took the mid-version, since my car is parked in the open.
